I haven’t had jack in the box in a while. J was passing one up on the highway and decided to pull over and have lunch. I always loved how soft and juicy their burgers were. However, this location must’ve been missed the memo. Customer service was average. No one went above and beyond, but no attitudes were given. I appreciate that. My burger buns were hard like they were old or passed thru the toaster too many times. My meat was very unseasoned as of course my fries were cold. I asked for buttermilk and of course they charged me 27 cents. Let’s just say I regret my decision to stop at this location and wish I had kept going.

Very nice looking combo Shell station & Jack in the Box. Drive thru was rockin’ with a lot more customers than walk inside. Pretty clean though with no disagreeable odors like some of the other locations. Ordered some kind of special that included a small drink, small curly fries, small cheese burger and a taco… all for $5. It was okay for a quick fix since I hadn’t eaten all day but I probably wouldn’t order it again. Good service though!

Wish I could give no stars. My salad was poorly made and my chicken nuggets were old and cold. Plus It clearly said discard for a reason. So clearly, they don’t any care for food safety nor the health of their customers. Will never eat here again.

Ok food, it’s hard to recommend a place like this when you have an emergency and they can’t find the key to unlock a restroom door for client or otherwise . You lose customers that way.

Wish we had 1 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Jack’s is always exceptional but this one has beautiful night cook, server, cashier. Definitely made the trip worth taking. Repeatedly!!! Better hurry before she’s ordered! ✨️

This is the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to. I rarely come to this location already due to their lack of customer service and cleanliness. But your really giving out food like this? Who does this!! Like would you sell this to your mother or grandmother? Would you feed this to your child? I’m so disappointed. You should reevaluate things and focus on a team that will bring good to your company. I’ve never paid for food that was straight TRASH!!! You give me no choice but to report this restaurant. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

I have been giving this place many chances but this time it’s going to be my last. Every time I go to this location I order tacos and some ff and this is what I end up getting… How are these even considered tacos?? No meat in them what so ever if I wanted to pay for a bag of chips I would of went to the store to pick some up.
