If i could give a 0 star i would.
Was going in to eat but had too use the restroom 1st.
Little thing on the door said the restroom was occupide so i waited…and waited and waited…i knocked no answered tried the handle nothing….so i waited a bit more before it got to the point i really needed in.
So
I went to ask if there was a key or something i needed….just for them to tell me they werent in order they were going to be worked on…..
No out of order sign
Nothing telling me that my waiting was pointless.
This is the 1st stop on this side of the road that has a restroom when coming from bryan.
The lazyness of the crew pissed me off. I walked out.
The whole thing could have been stopped with paper, pen and tape.
Shame on the lazy crew

The smashed bacon swiss Jack was very good, and the curly fries are tasty.
This is not the greatest neighborhood, so they don’t leave things like condiments out. I had to ask for ketchup for my fries.
The bathroom was nice and seemed clean. Overall it’s your typical J in the B.

Just stopped at 204 W Adam’s Ave in Temple TX! We are headed to visit family and haven’t had Jack n the box in a long long while. We were hesitant on fast food in general but we were more than pleased tonight. Our server Anna B. was happy (wonderful customer service) so hard to witness these days. The food was not only fresh and hot but it didn’t taste like grease at all and looked appealing. 10 out of 10 they knocked it out of the park! Y’alls drive thru order 1133 at 7:53pm on 11/7/25 was the best fast food we have eaten in years.

Food was delicious and warm. Staff was really friendly but unfortunately had extremely slow service. Went through the drive-thru and I ordered a Texas Double Jack combo. Waited at the window about 3 minutes till their timer started going off and then was asked to park. 15 minutes later I’m walking inside to see what’s going on because my food still wasn’t out. 18 minutes for a drive-thru order is ridiculous considering I was the only vehicle there for about 5 mins.
If the speed of service would’ve been better, I would give y’all 5 stars across the board cuz the staff was friendly and food was delicious, but unfortunately 18 minutes is excessive for a fast food drive-thru.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for 3 breakfast sandwiches with only 2 people ahead of me and they didn’t have big orders. Cashier was nice but the speed needs to be improved. I wouldn’t want to go here again when it takes this long when it’s not busy.

I don’t like your service. I feel like the people who work here just hate their jobs or hate their lives. I went to get some food and the person who was working took forever to take my order after I got my food I asked for some ketchup and she completely ignored me and closed the window in my face. I revised my food, and the burger was completely full of mustard, and the tomato and lettuce were just thrown in there like they didn’t care about making the food.
And don’t come up with your “we’re sorry to hear that” because yall don’t do anything to fix the problems the service is getting worse every time.

It was horrible i left before checking my order..They mixed it up but too top it off i was racial profiled because of my ethnic race. Than i was told to let them go check the camera once doing so they admitted their fault an refund my money and fixed the right sandwich overall. I will not be giving them any money ever again at this location. Totally unacceptable!
