They will more than likely have you pull around front and wait before you get your food. This is one of the only restaurants around here that are open 24/7 and serve all menu items at all hours of the day. The food is pretty good.

I got there at 1:40 AM. When I was there, there were three cars ahead of me. Only one group of four inside. I got my food and there were multiple strands of hair in it. I waited, in total, 35 minutes for the four things I got. They were also working pretty slow, and with not many people there, we were all waiting because Casper and his crew were slowing them down and ordering the whole menu.

Gremlins Munchies Meal.. $13… wasn’t given the air freshener. 2 Jumbo Jacks… specifically asked if we wanted cheese, didn’t get cheese. Very under cooked and tasted weird. Didn’t get our egg rolls, had to go back for them. Offered us sauces, then proceeded to give us no sauces two seconds later. Yep… terrible location.

Exactly ordered three orders of tacos with the amount came out more than what the online amount was. It’s reading 125 online but was a different price when I arrived. And the tacos have extra sauce and I asked for none. There was soggy by the time I got them home.

First time to jack in the box in years for good reason I suppose. I got the big box of popcorn chicken looked good enough to try and like a pretty good amount of food. Waited 10 mins for the last to come back and ask if I had my food yet to the proceed and make it then… I guess not a big deal. She handed me a box and some sauce and I went to leave I opened the box and it like to be a small popcorn chick and a small fry just tossed in the box very weird. I probably won’t be going back again. Maybe one day but not soon

My kids and I stopped in and ordered a few things. I ordered a burger which was very small compared to the menu board, two tacos that were pretty good, fries for my daughter that were cold and the box was only about half full, my son got the box of mini tacos that he enjoyed. We also ordered a couple boba milk teas that the kids enjoyed. My Dr. Pepper was watery and flat. Altogether not a horrible experience, but I’ve that was surely disappointing.

I had the worst experience today I’m an everyday customer pass by Jack in the box every morning get my breakfast with my coffee and get an order of French toast every morning today as I pull around to the drive thru the lady taking my order has an extremely bad attitude as I’m ordering I ask for an order of French toasts and she yelled at me and told me the discontinued them even though the day before I got French toast so I order a biscuit and a curly fry burger the munch box for my co worker I get to the window and she’s asking my order again so basically she didn’t take my order the first time and we’ll I pay and everything keep in mind I work across the street I’m siting in my car about to eat my breakfast
Biscuit since my French toast got “supposedly discontinued “ my biscuit is cold I take a bite and the sausage is like frozen and then my co worker opens her munch box and her tacos or cold and instead of curly fries they give her a mix of fry’s and the curly fry burger doesn’t have any curly fries in it it was just the worst experience we have had I think today was the last day I will be getting at jack in the box
