My mistake for trying one more time, it wasn’t even busy! I didn’t get a receipt first of all, they did not give me the burger I ordered, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich and I had to give it to my husband. I have reached out to your online customer support several times recently and no one ever gets back to you and no issues are ever resolved. 100% going to stop coming to this location it’s a waste of time and money.
When did yall start serving a small drink and fries with a meal?? I have never in my life received a small drink and small fries with my Jack Ultimate meal, why now? Seriously so many issues with this location, and now I’m getting shorted?? Cold burger, cold and old fries, short on sizes… I’m about to drive across town for my burgers, this is becoming the worst location in the area. I will definitely be talking to corporate.

I have issues with my orders at this location almost every time. Both of my tacos were half assed, my husband’s burrito was just as bad. The employees aren’t usually friendly which is understandable, but still not a great experience.

I have been going to this Jack in the box for over two years. I have a son that is very picky eater. We ordered the same food Monday through Friday. He only likes Jack-in-the-Box sausage patties every morning. We ordered the same thing two sausage patties before school at the same location. I’ve had a bad experience from time to time since they got a new worker in the kitchen. She have been sending out burnt sausage. The quality of the sausage has charged, she is over cooking the sausage until it’s burnt on one side. I have complained to the manager several times yesterday I complained to the manager showed her the sausage and she saw that the sausage was burnt and it seems she was upset with me. She asked me what do I expect? I said I want quality food. I went back this morning to order my same sausage. I was told. We are out of sausage. We’re not serving sausage today. I feel like this was a slap in the face because I complained yesterday. Last week was the same thing. My sausage was burnt two weeks before that my sausages were burnt. I feel like you should check the food quality before you serve it to a customer that’s comes there 5 days a week for almost three years. I am very disappointed and look forward to speaking to the store manager or the GM. I have pictures and still treated like crap!

I went and got the ultimate burrito with no bacon and added ham. They charged an extra dollar for the ham. 1, extremely thin slice, seriously? Halfway way thru the burrito sausage was gone, I think I only got a half a sausage. The edges of the tortilla were hard. It’s not worth $7. (Cost was like 6.75) definitely not going back. I didn’t receive any hot sauce either. This place may be really cutting corners on saving money.

My son brought me home a teriyaki chicken bowl, generally they are ok but this one.. the sauce was just poured on thick, uncooked and the chicken was dry and stringy and with 2 pieces of broccoli. It was horrible, ate a few bites before throwing it away. Let’s not talk about the smell, hopefully it doesn’t make me sick. Do not recommend this location EVER!!

we went a month ago with a mobile order through drive through pick up, we were told not to do that because it’s a inconvenience (it wasn’t busy at all). and today we went to pick up food & the girl there was very rude. she completely dismissed us and shoved the food at us and shut the window. jack in the box needs better service!

I ordered the jr jumbo jack deal 8/23/24. I said I wanted extra Mayo and pickles on my burger and it was rung up that way. I pay and get my food to check it. Extra Mayo but no pickles, fries were half filled and hard as if they’ve been sitting there since they opened, the taco was hard as well. I went back in to replace my fries and to get my pickles. The manger got fresh fries and told me only one pickle comes on the burger if I want extra I have to pay. I said well not even one pickle came on my burger after I said extra. She had an attitude prior to this. I will never return to this location.

Total disappointment! Old food and I asked for extra lettuce on my tacos and they did not add and the taco was cold and old. My egg roll was not hot and just above cold. I will not come back here and suggest you don’t either. So bad I had to take the time and write this.

I’m getting very tired of getting COLD TACOS here. This location does not cook them to order and they have a ton of them already cooked, and sitting in the window.
I specifically asked for extra crunchy, and they gave me these cold tacos…
I asked if they were fresh, and she lied and said they were.
I watched her put them in the bag.
This manager needs to be fired.
Sheer laziness.
If she tries to say these were for another order….I was there for at least 15 minutes.
No, these were apparently prepped for a lunch rush that never came.
Leaving food out like this will make people sick.
Probably one of the worst places for customer service of all the Jack In The Box restaurants I have been to.
On 7/9/2023 at about 1230 in the afternoon.
There were about 3 people waiting foe their orders
We had about 5 people.
The front counter guy didn’t know the menu and had to ask someone in the back.
Pro Tip: whenever you work somewhere in the food industry, it’s a fantastic idea to “know your products” in order to better serve your customers.
So counter guy came back around to the front. At that point someone came in, and the front counter guy turned all his full attention to them, and continued to assist them…
Mind you, this while time, management was standing in the back just talking, and had no inclination to come up front and help with the front counter.
The staff needs retraining on customer service as well as knowing their products, what comes on them, and how to communicate their intentions.

Corporate Jack needs to really reprimand this particular restaurant.
This isn’t the first time they have been out of Taco Sauce.
ProTip: Mention you are out of sauce before someone orders the tacos!
This is a franchise location and it is % obvious this owner has no clue of how to keep customers happy.
The store tables were filthy, food all over the floor, staff not paying attention.
Look, sell it to someone else who can take it to the next level, instead driving it into the ground.
