I order from this location using the app and I’ve had a good experience using it for the most part. I don’t eat pork so when I order a breakfast sandwich, I take off the bacon or sausage and would like an option to add more egg for the same price for instance. Being able to order cheese sauce on the side would be nice on the app too. There is an employee that I see regularly, her name is Charlese (spelling?) … she is awesome and when I see her at the window, I know my order is going to be correct down to the sauces I asked for. Also, I enjoy seeing her because she has such a great attitude, very polite and friendly customer oriented type of person.

Food was a sloppy jr burger and curly fries were old and hard for $2.99. I don’t eat out often because of this exact reason. Too expensive for trash food. BUT, the drive thru girl was excellent in her customer service even though she didn’t ask what size curly fries I wanted and they were the $1.99 version. I was on a 12 hour shift and just needed some calories so I ate the crap. Ugh

As a person that’s been in restaurants for 10+ years, I’d fire the whole night crew. Every time I come to this store at night my food is wrong, burnt, or missing something. This time I was missing a patty off my sandwich. I see all the bad reviews on this location and nothing has changed. This will be my last time at the location specially at night. If u go in the daytime with management is present in the store the service and food is a lot better. Jack in the box please fix this there are to many negative reviews on the location. this is a store that sits in a good location surrounded by plenty of customers that like jack in the box.

Jack in the Box food is always good. What it always boils down to for me is service. Their drink machine doesn’t work and last time I went there their order screens were down so I had to tell them my order. Technical issues notwithstanding, the staff was very accommodating. Always friendly and smiling faces.

Second, I went to take a bite out of my burger, my husband took the burger out of my hands and showed me there was mold on the bread. I went up and told her and she turned away from me and showed it to the cook. She remade it but I wanted a refund because she got another bun out of the same bag! I got no apology. Both burgers on our order weren’t fresh-the cheese wouldn’t melt. Burnt patty’s… just an all out terrible establishment!
Third, the parking lot and the side of the building was trashed.

Horrible experience on multiple occasions, including tonight. Won’t be going back to this location, the old lady that works nights is wild. We’ve been left at the speaker box, we get told every time that they don’t have the drinks we want, and if the food was warm it would be an improvement. She “missed” the patties on our burger, did NOT remake them, threw the patties on, wrapped it in a new wrap and gave it back as if you can’t see through the window; told us that her cook had walked out…he was smoking out the back door when we pulled up so…?? Looking through the reviews, I cannot believe all these horrible reviews and no actions other than “I’m sorry you had this experience” replies and no more. Empty talk to make people think something will change. Looking through the reviews, this is clearly a steady problem y’all need to fix. Fix it.

This is the second time I’ve ordered chicken strips and asked for bbq sauce and this is what I got. My side order of fries was upside down in the bag and I didn’t even get a receipt so I could do the survey. Don’t waste your time coming to this location

Hardly ever eat jack in the box, and the one time I do my order is wrong. Don’t understand I ordered 4 items both the same thing 2 orders of nuggets and 2 curly fries. And got regular fries, would understand if it was busy but it was 5ish pm and the place was empty. I guess I now know why!!

Well of course this is a very nice and clean location but beyond that for me its the little things like they actually listened and adhere to every detail of my order, this location has an amazing group of ladies that run the day shift and they go above and beyond for everyone. I would have gave them 10 stars if I could. Thank you ladies. My portions were full, mayo on both sides of the bun just the way I like, y’all were perfect. Y’all made me feel right at home.
