So I went into your lunch this lady who is very sure of herself unfortunately as I’m ordering she says is that a combo after I say I need a number for then she says okay okay I said I want curly fries I can stay a regular sized okay that’s fine it’s this much so I paid 812 something and she brings me the wrong order then acts like it’s my fault for not accepting what she handed me when I specifically didn’t take it from the lady that was expediting because it was not my order General Lee that’s a great Jack in the Box I don’t know what this lady is doing

I don’t even want to rate it a 1 star. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location and you have to be careful, the employees will open the bathroom door with a key without even knocking on the door. The 1st time I let it go. But the 2nd time that’s unacceptable. So be careful with your kids. The 1st time luckily I was in the bathroom with my child. And when I got out the restroom and told them , you have to start knocking on doors , you can’t just open them. They laughed. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. And the employees were rude when taking your order.

My curly fries were warm, definitely not hot and fresh, the burger was really good, we did however had to wait till after we ate for our drinks as the coke machine in the lobby was down. I did not like however is watching the cook make food with gloves on, then eating food while cooking and handling trash cans with the same gloves still on..I was here for over an hour and not once did I see one employee wash hands nor did the cook change her gloves even after playing with her chewing gum it with her still gloved hands..the same gloves..I’m appalled and disgusted right now, the video I have is the best I could get where I was sitting..

We asked for bacon burger (number 4) and protein bowl there was no bacon on the burger and they gave us an teriyaki bowl instead of a protein bowl and we asked for soy sauce, and they didn’t give us any and no receipt

I Just came from this location and I was very disappointed in the service. I went thru the drive thru and the person (?) that was taking my order talks very low and you can’t hear what she’s saying. I had to continue to ask her to speak up. I ordered the Terriyaki bowl w/egg roll and drink. The “soft spoken” employee said there was no sweet & sour sauce. For my drink i ordered an Arnold Palmer then she said there was no sweet tea. After waiting a long time for my order. I check my bag to make sure it was correct the girl did not put eating utensil in my bag so I informed her that she didn’t give me a utensil to eat my food. And she then told me they were out of forks! What type of food industry runs out of eating utensils. If they can do no better than this. This location need to be closed down. I give this business 1 out of 10

Don’t eat here I got suvered a breakfast crason with mold I went back and manager says i”t haddens it’s ok a little won’t hurt you.i asked if she was going to check the bread and she said she already did it’s fine without even leaving the area to check and was dismissive to checking the rest of inventory that’s how people get sick I’d do no stars if I could.

First of Jacks been an all time favorite restaurant of mines! But lately the food is getting more expensive and to top it off customer service should be a little better.
