THEY SERVE MOLDY FOOD DO NOT EAT HERE.
I just ordered the $10 munchy meal, it comes with curly fries, 2 tacos, a drink and a cheeseburger. I ate the rest of the food and saved my burger for last, I unwrapped it and took a big bite only to look down and see mold in the bun I immediately threw up and I took it back up there and showed it to the worker, when I unwrapped it you could see there was more than just the small bit I got on picture. I told the lady what happened and they offered to remake it but after eating mold I refused to eat another one so I asked for a refund but the lady argued they needed the other food in order to get a refund. When I said I ate it already they refused to give me a full refund and only gave me a portion of what I paid. I’m pretty understanding that product can go bad but when something this disgusting happens to a customers food you don’t argue with the customer about the refund. You give the refund because it’s a health violation especially if you don’t want to be reported to DSHS which I will be filing a complaint to.

Came in for a quick bite and a shake. This place needs a deep clean from the outside to the inside. The lady that took my order was courteous asked me how was I doing and how she can help me. Told her what I wanted. She said that the machine was been cleaned so I couldn’t get a shake at the moment which was okay. Seems to me that in the afternoons everyone’s shake machine are down for some reason. After I ordered, I sat down to wait for my food and the table was dirty and sticky so was the floor. It was empty not reason for it to be so sticky .. Not only were the employees yelling at each other but a lady was telling a ypung man he needed to go throw the trash out, clean this clean that.. do this and that speaking half English and Spanish. As a customer I did not want to hear anyone arguing about what needs to be done at the establishment . I received my order and hurry up and left I did not want to hear any of what was going on. Other than the employees arguing and the place being sticky. My food was hot and fresh… That is the reason I gave it the ⭐ i did.

I just got a job near this location and am honestly shocked at how amazing this Jack in the Box is. The first time I went I was expecting to wait 30 mins for a cold burger and bad service, like most other locations in the Fort Worth area. But what I got instead was my food hot and made correctly, I got served with kindness, got offered condiments (nobody does that anymore!). I have come back numerous times since with the same experience. This is the best Jack in the Box I’ve been to in years and I’ll keep coming back.

Food is generally okay, but the people at this location just scammed me out of food. They told me to go an wait out front, after minutes of waiting a car came from the drive through behind me, so I went back into the drive through where they told me to wait till I got back to the window AGAIN to get my food. Whoever works here at night on Mondays is terrible at their job, and I will not be returning to this location. Reported the transaction to my card, they can keep the food.

The folks at this Jack’s are awesome. The young person who waited on my husband and I suggested a better deal so sausage combo it was 😉 I lost my receipt as to the exact folks (as we went in to dine for brunch) to give them “kudos” so here it is & YES I DO tell my friends & neighbors that’s the best Jack to go to 😉

Ordered the meat lovers I had was sausage, egg, and cheese. 12 tacos only give me six Breakfast Jack was very disappointing And I gave 4 taco sauce. Went back and there was no urgency or concerned at all didn’t even offered to replace or fix the breakfast freedom
