When I say this is the worst jack in the box to go to, I mean it. Jared is the worst manager I have ever encountered for a fast food restaurant. First off when coming into the store you’re not greeted, and just need to use the kiosk. So imagine everything after that. I also watched a young men come back from pulling trash and instead of him washing his hands Jared the manager allowed him to go make burgers. We can go round for round with this. Jared is very rude and doesn’t deserve a manager position. I have worked at jack in the box and customers are always right! give me the job and I promise that jack in the box will roll.

Went around 12am for 10 tacos and large curly fry. Took 25min. Was asked to pull around to wait. I asked for some extra hot sauce. Got home no fries and 3 of the tacos had no cheese or lettuce. Was given 56 sauces and 7 ranch that I did not ask for. Top it off tacos were cold so I know dang well they were not making fresh tacos. Girl bringing food out stayed in her cell phone every order she brought out.

Man every time I go here they mess up my order. I ordered a teriyaki bowl with extra grilled chicken on the side get all the way to work it’s no grilled chicken on my food for one and two the grilled chicken on the side was only 4 little pieces. To the store manager at this location, do better with your overnight help. The lady with glasses is beyond rude and always looks miserable. I went tonight to get a jumbo jack. I received my food, I got home when I realized I forgot to order my mom her tiny tacos that she loves. I go back, mind you I live 7 minutes away. I get to the speaker and I can hear two people one says order when you’re ready then I hear her voice saying they are only taking mobile orders, when I said I was just here everyone stayed quiet. I pull up to the window and she opens the window asks what I needed and then proceeded to say to place the order online because computers were down. I don’t underStand how if I come here often, it’s usually early in the week or early in the day. I had to go to the one further down seminary with all the crazy homeless who try to sell you stuff at the drive thru. Do better please.

They got my order wrong on the receipt, it was right and I had already paid for And I gave her lady the receipt to doublecheck and she never gave it back to me. Then she said I never give it to her in the first place then the guy was completely rude and said I could either pay for another sandwich which is wrong because I already paid for it they just got the order wrong. All they had to do was fix it instead they threw the sandwich in my face threaten to call the cops when they were in the wrong for throwing the sandwich on my face so yes, I threw the drink at the window because he threw something first worst in a box in the whole world so I’ve been going there for Years. Went trying to order through the drive thru no greeting was done or any info on letting us know to give them a second when my brother said “hello” the lady rudely responded back with “Hold on we’ll be with you when we’re ready” not even saying “hi how are you? Could you please give us a second to take your order” If your working customer service please know how to talk to ppl you signed up for this job you applied to work in the food industry! I understand there’s rude customers but just saying “hello” just to get a rude response back? That’s crazy to me I’m guessing she was also rude to the other cars behind us cause they left as well.

Every time I order they get something wrong or they don’t put it in the bag. They never answer the phone when you go back up there to tell them they have an attitude. This morning I ordered a junior jumbo jack. I got a breakfast jack. Sunday was missing the cheesecake, eggrolls, chicken nuggets. The day before that when the storm knocked out everyone’s power on my block we went to jack in the box and they forgot a lot of our stuff. This is so ridiculous every time.

Each table was dirty floor was sticky nobody at the counter waiting to long just to order and ask for condiments did not have no hot sauce for the tacos didn’t let us have a water cup to get water. Bad service everything was just bad. The last time I went went thru the drive thru went home and I didn’t have my fries all my kids eat and love is the fries so I decided to go back for the fries didn’t take the food back because why should employee at the counter was rude didn’t want to give me the fries because she said the manger did put them in the bag but she didn’t I wouldn’t have went all the way back for the fires if she did so that’s why I never went back decided to go today and it’s just worse!

Waiting 25 minutes for an order is too much. The employees laugh and talk and completely ignore the fact that there are people waiting to pay at the counter. Employees who are clearly not on duty come into the kitchen, come out, and then they serve you your food. It’s too long a wait!

Asked for ketchup on my bruger there was none on there. Curly fires were old and the tacos were literally destroyed. Asked for some sauce at the window they said it was in the bag there wasnt’t even napkins.
