I just love this location right here best Jack in the box in the world it was this young kid at the window his name tag said Ricky a man he gave me good service a smile hot food and told me to have a good day and I left and went back to work and I came back later on and gave him a tip because he made me smile I love that Jack in the box right there they have good food and it’s hot and fresh and you can get a good person at the window sometimes

We arrived to Jack in the box for a quick and easy meal and ended up waiting 20 minutes for 8 tacos. A customer behind us got their food before we did and we had already been waiting. My boyfriend had to go inside to ask for the food and says he saw 2 young employees messing around playing with some fries near the front. Once we got home, we saw the tacos did not even have anything in them. Fast food should not take so long, not 20 minutes long. And I shouldn’t have had to pay for poor service plus flavorless tacos. I was not able to ask for refund because we were in a rush and already late because the food took so long, but even the employees noticing my boyfriend was mad and not doing anything but staring instead of offering to give the refund or relieving our inconvenience is unbelievable.

The audacity to serve me AND CHARGE ME FOR THIS. I understand that they are value size fries but 2 fries is a joke. I’m tired of them always being “closed due to short staff” or end up taking forever to serve my food which something is ALWAYS COLD. Jack in the box is not what it used to be! It shows how management could care less about the quality of the food and most definitely the customer service from their end. Both jack in the boxes on seminary are TRASH AND ALWAYS THE SAME ISSUES !!

I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and when eating I see multiple bugs coming out of the box the sandwich came in. I went back to get refund and as I wait in line I see employees on and off the clock going in and out getting beverages claiming they’re closed but people without a uniform continue to go in. I get to the window and the same people who were outside attend me and then management goes on and claims that they did not know how to do a refund. I don’t recommend coming to this jack it’s gross and VERY unprofessional!!!
