If you like miserable experiences, this place is 5 stars. Otherwise if you’re normal, it’s a 0. I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered on my phone in the parking lot, then got in the drive thru line, and it was the slowest service I’ve ever witnessed. I waited for 30 minutes and they had only taken 2 orders at the drive thru. I even saw a worker come out of the building yelling at someone. There was still 2 cars in front of me. I had no idea how much longer it would take to get my food, and I wasn’t going to find out. I left without my food and then filed a complaint and a refund request through the mobile app. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t heard back. I wasted 30 minutes in line and didn’t get my food, now I have to spend even more of my time trying to get my money back. Absolute peak experience.

I get home ready to enjoy my tacos and this is how I get them plain no lettuce no cheese no taco sauce jumbo jack i order had mustard instead of mayonnaise and ketchup this people took like 8 minutes for them to answer in the drive thru for no reason there was no car it look like they hated doing their job this was around 1 am so this is ridiculous I get off of work trying to enjoy some food and this people ruin it .

This place is trash it needs to be shut down I go in and get two sourdough jacks they taste like trash I asked for my money back they said it would be two or three days so I have to continue and let them make my food anyway which is not going to taste very good my dog won’t even eat it my suggestion is not to go to this Jack in the box find a different one even if it’s 20 mi away.
Update came back the next day to talk to Stacy the manager let me tell you you’re a liar nobody at the store to get ahold of her yesterday cuz she was at a doctor’s appointment. I was there at 3:25 in the afternoon she said they talked to me last night and said that they replace my food which I did not want I want my money back but they didn’t know how to do it and then I would have to come back today and talk to Stacy I would like to have my $12.97 cash back I didn’t eat none of their food they got their food Bank why can’t I have my money back

I have never seen such unprofessional management in my life. The short, heavyset lady seems very inconvenienced by customers and her job. Apparently that is normal behavior for her from what others are saying.

Imagine wanting a late night snack and heading to this Jack-in-the-Box only to wait 15 minutes just to get to the window then for some mysterious reason they make us wait 30 minutes to place our order thennn they tell us a pull around the front of the store and we finally get our food after another 30 minutes. Quick question has anyone ever had the craving of a burger and eggrolls? Yeah, me neither but I guess this employee thought that I had this craving (picture for proof) instead of my seven piece stuffed jalapeños
