The managers ,employees are very rude.
I am done coming to this jack in the box to be treating like crap and talked to like I’m stupid or don’t speak english. Ordered 30 tacos, get 8 ranch Provided and about 9 or 10 hot sauce. Let’s get realistic here! I asked for more hot sauce, got told I was only able to get a few more and if I wanted ranch only 3 more. I rather drive the extra time to saginaw and get better service!!!

I went through drive through and the young lady acted like she didn’t want to take my order because I didn’t want a ice coffee on my order and the manager was even worse. I gave her my money and she gave my change like I had a disease or something. Noe condiments or anything. The worst jack in the box that I’ve been to.

I accidentally placed an order here on Thanksgiving! I wanted one closer to my job! I used my reward points and bought a few extra things! When I called them over and over they just picked up and hung up. Never got my points back and never got a refund back! I’m sure it’s a good location but as a manager that phone and making things right ontop of ensuring fresh food is your job! You wouldn’t get service like this at my chain ♀️

Everytime I order delivery, they either give you old stale fries or be prepared to pay for food and not get it completely. I’ve missed from my order repeatedly, I’ve even called for them to double check before it gets sent out. . And STILL COULD NOT GET IT RIGHT. .. so just fyi ☺️ mind you I spend $40-50, it’s disappointing they can’t get something simple right. Manager is apparently a girl named Hector ♀️ they can get 1 simple order right but when it’s for multiple people, it seems to be hard for some reason.

Three doordashers accepted and declined my order. So, through doordash I changed my order to pickup. When I went up there the manager told me she gave the food away and there’s nothing she could do then walked away. She wouldn’t even look at my phone for proof. Then she blew up on me for no reason. I wasted my time, gas, and energy for nothing. As a manager, I would’ve replaced the meal. Losing a customer is not worth a meal. ‘Never’ going back there.

so bad , I went to Jack on Monday November 10th at around 10:50-11:00pm a very rude employee took my order no customer service at all . Doesn’t know how to talk to customers , and sure doesn’t know how to take my order or give me my sauces . Like i know it’s night time and you have like 5 cars in the line but come on buddy , you choose this job for yourself so act like you know how to work for 5 hours of your day .
