Came to order at around 8 pm and the cashiers were rude and rushed me through my order to the point where she kept messign it up like relax

The food was very good but the customer service here is terrible, my fiance was waiting at the counter and there were two workers up front ignoring him and the drive thru person saw him and help him also its dirty in here. Not coming again.

The customer service here is terrible. They made my sourdough jack wrong, they added ketchup and forgot to put the bacon in the burger. When I asked them to fix it, they remade it wrong again. I ended up scrapping off the ketchup in my cold burger, the one they made as a replacement, but it ruined my meal. It was hot in the lobby and the only condiment they had was ketchup. Never coming back to this location again. Would leave a 0 star if it let me leave this comment

Overall two thumbs up. Super friendly and helpful staff made this experience one to remember. Restaurant was nice and clean along with the restrooms which make you feel like royalty, check out the pic. This Jack in the Box is located across from a Wal Mart so it stays busy. Its a new modern style design inside and worth stopping in for a quick bite. Landscaping is always kept tight. Good job guys!

Stingy on the secret sauce AGAIN. EVERYTIME we go here the lady NEVER wants to give it to US. Like GIRL you don’t pay for it. Then forgot my chocolate overload cake so I had to go to the door. IDK why I keep coming to THIS one.

Customer service is bad the girl who takes orders through the drive thru always looks at me and starts laughing for no reason I give her no reason too and then while I wait for my food she proceeds to talk to her coworkers and bring them up by the window tells them to look at me they stare at me and proceed to start laughing like seriously ain’t nothing funny I just come to get some food that’s all do better this isn’t a one two time thing she does it every time i go
