Got a chicken sandwich, half the breading is missing and it’s very over cooked hard as a rock, not edible. Glad someone cooking the food there thought someone would want to eat this or could eat it without chipping a tooth. I didn’t say anything the last time but 2 times in a row is crazy.

I received a munchie box, and when I was eating my order, nearly half my chicken was rubbery and tasted OLD… it was disgusting to eat and lost my appetite. Went to get a quick bite before I had to pick up my dad from work. Got a kids burger with fries, a box of sauced mini tacos, & an order of the two tacos. It took from 7:25-7:50 to get my food. They had me pull to the 1st slot, & I watched four other cars pass through their drive through in the 25 minutes I was waiting for my food. I went in & asked why it took so long for my food & the only thing I was told was not to use profanity. The clerk walked away from the counter & continued playing in 4 different bags that had already made food in them until I was handed my food 5 minutes later. I checked the bag to see if everything was in it. When I got back to my vehicle & pulled off onto the highway, I took a bite of my taco order, & it was mushy cold. How do I wait 25 minutes for mushy & cold food ? This is a pathetic excuse for what this brand used to be, & every worker on shift during the evening of 2/27/2026 were very blatantly dismissive of the guests at the counter, worked with no sense of urgency, & served old food.

There is a very sweet southern belle that works there at night in the drive thru. She is a very nice lady and has great customer service! The food is very tasty, but the area is just not very kid friendly. I recommend eating there just lock your doors.

I ordered a in breakfast meal a extra hash brown and a egg roll. Everything was cold except the egg roll, I had to take the hash browns back because they was extremely. I received the other egg rolls which seemed to me that they just refried the ones that were sitting up. I ended up tossing half the sandwich away and both hash browns..I hate to even go to fast food restaurants anyways but I needed something to eat. That was a waste of almost $15.00 in food.

I am disappointed! I simply asked the manager on this shift if he could see if the tree limbs that scratch cars when going through the drive thru could be cut! He said I don’t know who to call!
