They were out of every sauce, drink machine down, entire restaurant dirty. Everything is extremely overpriced, the value curly fries costs 1.79 and literally came with 2 big curls and a tiny sliver. Not even 3 fries lol what a JOKE, not only will i never return to this location, I’m never going to a jack in the box again PERIOD. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED I’m failing to understand how they’re still in business, but this location itself is absolute trash.

You know it’s always a bad sign when you go to pull into the drive-thru and somebody is throwing something and slamming the back door with anger. But I ordered anyways, which was probably a dumb idea. Turns out the guy that was so pissed off was the one that prepared my order. So for $13 I got half filled box of fries and I guess the right sandwich. It took all of about 3 minutes to put together I could till he was trying to be nice, but I knew that it was him at the back door he was not in a good place. I don’t think I’ll be trying Jack in the box again, and especially not that location. I hate to do this to you brother, but that was terrible. I ordered at 11: 30pm on 02/20. I work at a hospital and deal with the public all the time and am front-facing with them. You have to control your personal life and do the job that you’re given.

It can’t be that difficult to take an order and make it correctly. Good luck getting what you paid for. Curley fries were cold and tiny burnt pieces and the last time I checked a bacon ultimate came with bacon. Whataburger is right down the street. Should’ve went there and not had to wait for 35 minutes in the drive through.

Worst jack in the box ive ever been to. Waited to order in drive through for 7 minutes and no one ever came over the speaker. No one else was in the drive through or in store. Pulled up to window and was told they were busy and that I would have to go back around through the drive through to order so I left.

Honestly the worst jack in the box in DFW, take forever, close early, lock the front doors with no signage to tell you to only go through the drive thru. Food doesn’t taste as good as the other 2 jack in the boxes in the area. Go to Ft Worth Hwy or Clear Lake.

I ordered through the app and picked up my food to bring home. I paid extra for curly fries with both combos, but only regular fries were included in the bag. I called the restaurant to request a refund for the missing items, but was told I’d need to return in person, which is inconvenient since I live 20 minutes outside city limits. The staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and curt, abruptly ending the call by saying they had to bag food before hanging up. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the restaurant addresses these issues with their order accuracy and customer service.

Very very very slow service, placed mobile order and waited 6-10 min before going through line. Was told to park in front beacuse it would be a while. BTW the store is not busy at all, 8 pm on Thursday. They had lobby doors locked at this time. Waited for over 20 min in mobile parking then had to go back through drive and still had to wait at window for them to finish order.

Walked in to order take out…employee is on her phone, speaker phone, no one said hello and the restaurant inside has food all over the floor. We will definitely not be coming back to this location
