This Jack in the Box is close by, which makes it super convenient. The service wasn’t bad — the staff were nice and seemed busy but focused on getting orders out, not just standing around. The food itself was kinda mid; the meats were on the dry side, but I’m not super picky, so it was fine. The place could’ve been a bit cleaner, though. It’s a nice environment overall, and if they kept it spotless, I think more people would come by. The soda machine was missing a few options, but the good ones were there and tasted right, so no complaints there. I’ll be back — not perfect, but decent and convenient.

Did Uber eats curly fries way too burnt called up there got no answer. Then when they finally answered the phone talking about let me call you back in five minutes. Would not recommend this place to a homeless person

Craving some tacos from Jack in the box. At the drive thru, we placed our order and well, seems like a language issue. We ordered 8 tacos, 2 curly fries, classic mozzarella sticks and Nashville hot popcorn chicken. Instead we got, 8 tacos, 1 curly fries, Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and popcorn chicken. Yup, not exactly what we ordered. The curly fries and tacos were good as usual, but was hoping to try the classic mozzarella with some marinara sauce, but got the Nashville hot and ranch sauce instead. The sticks were ok. Not that melted and was super saturated in the sauce. Not a fan of that. But the popcorn chicken was pretty good.

Stopped by to grab some food during the busy work schedule. I was given the completely wrong burger. As the ice melted in my drink, I noticed a chewed piece of gum at the bottom. This is completely unacceptable. It is negligent and tampering of food.

All I wanted was some fresh hot coffee (that taste like coffee and not more milk after only one creamer) and a hot sandwich. And I got watered down coffee and a half made breakfast sandwich. Obviously we appreciate the convenience of fast food but these days it’s not really worth it.

After paying 22.76 cents for two combo meals that didn’t come wit cheese . I the also was give old fries in my large container under new fries that only filled the top. The burgers barley consisted of any condiments. Gave me a dry burger to choke on. Waited in line for a meal that was half put together. Called the store no one answered . Then go back up there like is long again. Worst service ever in Mansfield texas so far . I didn’t get my money worth for my meal. WORST SERVICE EVER.. All ram by teenagers who don’t care about the food at all. Poor quality of food they are serving and poor quality or service to the customers. I suggest finding another jack in the box because this one is not it. You will be wasting your money people . Trust me … I will tell my friends and neighbors.

If I have to choose Fast Food, Jack in the Box is my preference. The sandwiches are always hot since they are made to order. Staff at this store were nice. I came for an early lunch, and the food was ready quick!

We have given this location multiple chances, how can you forget 2 lava cakes? And who in their right mind would serve a smashed up hash brown to someone?Not only that but my husband asked for extra cheese no lettuce on his tiny tacos and revives extra lettuce and no cheese . Really? Seems like it was on purpose.

I had a good review but the last few times have been horrible. What the freak is this!!!!!!The lady working here at the drive thru, was extremely rude. Apparently she may need to be fired or give a warning on her social skills. Come on! And have not kept up with their hours in The night. They always close earlier.
