Recently tried their limited time Moby Jack fish and it’s a greater value, better tasting, larger portion and better over price than McDonald’s wanta be fish sandwich. Moby will satisfy, other great items to fall back on are Curly Fries, Egg Rolls, and the old Breakfast Jack still serving breakfast all day. Weekends they’re open 24 hours so gives you some good snack craving possibilities for variety. To me their meat and buns are also better than McDonald’s & closer in cases to a WHATABURGER. They offer some wraps, and their Terriaki Bowl is also hard to beat for a quick Chinese craving. Quick service is pretty normal and plenty of parking should one prefer dining in.

The pumpkin spice churros are great but after that our order fell apart, all 3 of the jumbo egg rolls where burnt, both orders of loaded tiny tacos where less than loaded, they has some lettuce and sauce dusted on top all tacos underneath where plane. They forgot one or the curly fries for my kids meals . And completely left out any sauce we asked for so trying to cover the burnt taste of the egg rolls was impossible.but the bright side is churros got rid of most of the taste.
This place has many ups and downs it will go for a few months being great and then they slip and you will get months of realy bad food and bad service.

I went there 20 minutes before closing. They usually accommodate me. When I ordered they took my order and I waited behind another truck. I finally got to the window and they told be I couldn’t have my food because the grill got turned off. Why didnt you tell me before I ordered and waited in line. Disgusting attitude from the worker at the window too.

This has to be one of the worst jack and the box. Everything was filthy. The counter top where you ordered was so sticky my bag stuck to it. Service was slow. The people were rude and the worst thing was the food. Terrible.

Went through drive thru last night, ordered various things including sauced and loaded mini tacos and some tacos with no lettuce and extra cheese (I was charged for the extra cheese). Sat in line for half an hour (nobody in front of me). As soon as I received my order, pulled into parking lot to check my food, no sauce on mini tacos, lettuce on tacos. Came back around drive thru (another half hour) they replaced tacos (got new ones with no lettuce but also no extra cheese) replaced mini tacos (no sauce again). Didn’t want to wait another half hour in line, so I went home.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent in-store experience. During my last purchase, I experienced a significant issue with the cashier. Really rude lady . After completing my transaction, I was not provided with a receipt. Subsequently, the cashier requested payment a second time. I explained that a review of the transaction would reveal my debit card details and confirm the prior payment.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered this problem at this particular location. The lack of a receipt and the subsequent request for a second payment caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I would also appreciate receiving confirmation that the original transaction was indeed processed correctly.

When I went there and stood in line at the counter for about 5 minutes with nobody in front of me. The workers said nothing to me like I will be right with you. They said nothing so I went somewhere else. They never have lemon for the tea and it was very warm in there. I will not be going back.
