Guadalupe was very unprofessional and rude. She got my order wrong over the speaker twice. I just ordered two Oreo shakes with extra Oreos. THATS IT!!!!!!! Then, when I pulled up to the window…. She put her finger up to me when all I wanted was to make sure the order was correct. She closed the window on me and I needed a receipt but she decided to walk away. My son is the only reason why I go to the place. No need for me to ever eat there!

Drive thru is completely pointless. Made a simple order of 6tacos and one egg roll. Told us to park in the front and wait. Made my order at 6:05pm and its 6:20pm. They proceeded to have the rest of the cars in the drive through park in the front and wait. Had to go back to the drive through and ask about my order.

Do not eat at Jack in da box. They took my order thru the drive thru than had me pull to the front. After about 20 minutes I go in to check why so long. They NEVER made the order. All what was said was my bad. So I requested a refund. I don’t recommend eating at this kind of establishment when they were clearly negligent.

The guy working the drive thru at night was definitely not happy about his job. Had an attitude and got mad when I asked for sauce because he said the sauce was in the bag and when I checked it wasn’t. Kept flailing his arms up like I was inconveniencing him, cut me off at the speaker when I was asking for sauce. Also he said they only had the “cluck” available so I ordered that and it was missing the pickles. He said they didn’t have any burgers available at that time, (it was 12:20am). Also the way he dropped the sauces into my hand was rude and smiled when he said he thought the sauce was in the bag.

This Jack in the Box can be pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the food comes out fresh and tasty, but other times it feels like the ingredients aren’t as fresh and the quality just isn’t consistent. Service is usually fine, but the lack of consistency makes it hard to know what kind of experience you’ll get each visit.
It’s not terrible, but it’s also not the most reliable spot if you’re looking for consistently fresh food.

I go every other morning for an early morning breakfast. The service is always polite, and my order is always accurate. Food always tastes good. No complaints.

I went at 2 in the morning and asked if I can still order and the man said yes and after that when I pulled up to the window the man just ignored me after I kept asking him and I knocked again and then after he opened the window and said to leave or else hes calling the police and he kept ignoring me after by using his phone. If I could I would give this place a zero because the man who took my order was really rude

First off they took a long time to take our order when there was only one car in line ahead of us, then we were told there weren’t any more bacon cheddar potato wedges which was fine but when we received our food they put a grilled chicken patty on top of a fried chicken patty on both of our #12 meals which is unacceptable and NOT what we asked for. Who ever the manager is that was on shift today shouldn’t be a manager because they obviously aren’t paying attention to what those kids are in there doing and are getting paid to not do their job. & when I called the company phone they wouldn’t even pick up. Which is again unacceptable. When you’re a manger and a customer calls the phone you’re supposed to pick up and see what the issue is. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER coming to this location again.

Why is the inside always locked during normal business hours? Door is locked at 7 pm on a Saturday. Lady has all chairs pushed out, and is in there mopping. It says online that lobby is open until 10 pm. Go to the other one!
