Just went through the line and my husbands fries were missing from his combo. As I’m waiting, I open my ultimate bacon cheeseburger and there was only a small piece of bacon on a $10 meal!! That’s two items missing on a single order. Ridiculous

Allright call me crazy but this is the very 1st time i feel veryyy very dissappointed with this Jack in the box. Ordered a spicy chickebn sandwich meal got a refular old and stale chicken patty. Like i always do empty my fries on the other side of the burger box all fries old still ate them. But not after that diamond i saw. tbh last time i was upset but thought it was just a day. I dont think i want to come back anymore i feel disguted. Even my husband tried taking a bite and didnt even bit all they way on that chicken patty of how old it was.

Completely unacceptable business practices, who wants to wait for an already extended amount of time in a dining area that has probably only been cleaned once when they first opened the doors while watching cars enter, order, pay and receive order in the drive through while you’re left twiddling your thumbs and the staff stares daggers at you the whole time only to finally get your burger and find it’s a sourdough Jack equivalent of a smash burger. So long story short, pathetic.

We went to jack in the box for some good food . But when we ordered it took FOREVER to be made. When we got our food we took it home and as we were getting our food ready there was mustard and pickles in the burger, even tho we said just ketchup.

Absolutely horrible. Just went through the drive-thru. Got the munchie box spicy ck sandwich with tacos and fries. The fries were so hard and extra greasy, like they had been refried and small pieces/crumbs (definitely not edible) as shown in the picture. They didn’t give us the spicy sandwich but instead some basic regular sandwich with nothing on it and it was cold. The tacos were old and cold. Got a mocha ice coffee and almost choked whatever the hell was in my coffee (also shown in the picture). It’s unbelievable how messed up this order was. I tried calling them and nobody picks up. Calling my credit card company and getting my money back. I’m not paying for trash.
