Absolutely my favorite place in the world to eat. Was beyond excited when they finally came to Arkansas being a native Californian. However, almost every time I have frequented this particular location, the employees have been absolutely horrible acting. Rude, very short and not very helpful at all. I ordered something without a certain kind of cheese for my granddaughter and the worker actually marked to put a different kind of cheese on the item. When we got our order, the sandwich came with the initial kind that was marked off and none of the kind she marked to put on it! When I took it up there and asked NICELY for it to be fixed because I paid a significant amount for 2 adults and my 3 grandchildren and thought she should be able to eat her meal the way she asked for it, the sandwich was not snatched but not nicely taken from my hand! We also had a decent wait (twice as long as it took for the 1st one or more even!) before she got the correct one. Never once was I or anyone in my 5 people group rude to anyone! Then as we are making our drinks at the soda fountain, Lord have mercy do not look down into the drain built into the floor at the front right corner of the soda fountain. The nastiness, mold and icky things that were growing in it were beyond anything I could imagine. I told myself I didn’t think this particular restaurant had even been open long enough for that much nastiness to have already built up. NOW FOR THE GOOD, THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TO ME! EACH TIME WE HAVE BEEN IVE ALWAYS GOTTEN THE SAME THINGS BUT MY FAMILY CHANGES THEIR ITEMS UP TO TRY DIFFERENT THINGS AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PLEASANTLY PLEASED ALSO! Food A+++++ but the help could definitely be a bit nicer. People do just have bad days occasionally though so don’t let my review stop you from experiencing Jack in the Box. The foods amazing and almost worth the not so amazing service occasionally received. Thank you.

Great food quality. What you would expect. Service was polite and fast. (Even after midnight). They had people standing at their pickup line chatting in the middle of the drive through lane. They appeared to work there or knew them well. I just drove around.

This place had a line out in the road. We arrived Friday night around 10 pm. Took us an hour to get to the order menu. They have you gated in so we couldn’t leave, didn’t care for that at all. Also noticed they have 2 order lines but one was closed. Really, on a Friday night? Would have left if we could have. Food was mediocre , my friend threw her tacos away. They were terrible. Not a fan, sorry.

This was a quick stop while we were on a road trip. Ordering was easy with the tablet it gave us time to look over everything with no pressure. Staff was extremely helpful and fun. Food was fresh and yummy!

The food is good. There could have been more bacon on my burger. The tacos are small and the toppings are over all of tge tacos. They are bite size with just the meat in them. Ask for a plastic container so you can empty the tacos into it so you can eat them. The fries are good and crispy. The egg rolls are good also.

I am so happy we have a jack in the box here. I really missed it, I love that it’s open late night. The night manager is awesome. When my husband had to spend the evening in the hospital, we went to Jackn in the Box but the lobby was closed. We turned to walk away and the manger opened the door and waved us in. He said he saw my husband’s hospital band on his wrist and decided to let us in. I thought that was very considerate and kind. You don’t see that in the fast food industry anymore.

We pulled into the drive-thru and were greeted with, “Jack Box” not “Welcome to Jack in the Box, can I take your order?” Already off to a bad start.
As we started ordering, we were told they couldn’t hear us, so we said we’d just finish the order at the window. After waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru, we finally got to the window only to be told “very rudely” that we couldn’t add to our order. We explained that we couldn’t finish it earlier because their speaker didn’t work, but the employee didn’t care one bit.
When we got our food, it was completely wrong. We ordered no mustard and no vegetables, yet every burger had extra mustard and all the veggies. To make it worse, they only gave us about half of what we originally tried to order since they wouldn’t let us finish at the window.
We went inside to show them the receipt and explain what happened, and the same rude employee argued with us instead of fixing it. That was the last straw.
If you don’t want to work or treat customers with basic respect, stay home. This location needs serious management attention and some employees shouldn’t be in customer service at all very Classless!

Updated review: I originally gave this place 5 stars 10 months ago, but the last two times I went here, I’ve got an upset stomach and vomited in the middle of the night from either the burgers or taco. The quality needs to be checked, because no other restaurant bothers my stomach like this place has. And the drive through at night is pretty slow.

The food was not bad, the problem was I had to wait 20 minutes to get the food, and when I got it, the food was cold.
Im alright waiting for food if Its fresh, but waiting for cold food is just no good. It might just be a fluke though, which is why Im leaving 4 starts still, i will update this review when I go back.

Jack in the Box has to be the most consistent fast food place in the country. The food is always the same no matter where you eat it or what year for the last 25 years of my life. Then 2 tacos were .99 and now they are 1.89. Why can’t more places be like Jack in the Box? Poppers are always the same. Lava hot inside and crunchy outside.
