I ordered food today including a side salad. While we were eating at home, my wife noticed the side salad was bad (rotten and slimy at the bottom) Everything else we ordered was fine. When I took the side salad back to the restaurant, I met Melisa (the manager on shift) and showed her and instead of being remorseful, she was argumentative, saying that the salad wasn’t bad. In the process, she did mention that the salads were brought in on Monday and kept refrigerated (that means the salad has been sitting in there for approximately six days). She then quickly realized and changed her statement that the salads were brought in on Wednesday. Her customer service is horrible!!!

Make sure to check any salad you order from this particular location before you take a bite. The salads are not fresh. They have bern sitting in the refrigerator for almost a week.

For this to be a new location your really starting off in a bad way nothing at all was correct on the order except for the receipt in which I will upload the picture of everything then to make matters worse there’s no phone number to call with the concerns very disappointing honestly. The tacos were with extra cheese no sauce and they are swimming in it and the cheese burger was supposed to be plain the salad was supposed to be grilled chicken how to you mess up the entire order

Tried to order a midnight meal
,was feeling very starved at this point so decided to order some food through the app. It tells us (me and my boyfriend) that it will be connected through doordash. So we wait, and wait, and wait. We put in our order at 12:44 maybe 12:50Am, we started getting concerned around almost 1:39 because thats when it said it would be arriving. But on the website that allows us to track it, it showed the food was still being prepared. So my boyfriend called up and was told that it just came in as a regular online order. We think huh, weird we definitely put it in as a delivery order. The wonderful manager on duty, Melissa (I hope I have spelt this right), told us that it would come up as doordash or ubereats on their ticket.Melissa helped me through the customer service steps, to get a refund. She was so nice and helpful it truly felt like she understood our struggle! But we got a text out of nowhere saying “our driver” was on the way to get the food. I got a call back from Melissa, she explained how doordash seemed to finally connect and wanted to give us the heads up. at this point, this is around 2 in the morning. All in all we hope we still get our refund given the time,effort, sweat and tears. But Melissa is the person to go to! Thank you for your patience and kindness!

This is hands down the worst fast food place in this town. My wife and I were so excited when they finished building and opened and it has been nothing but disappointment. We have ordered from here 4 times and nothing was ever correct. Shes been shorted half the order before which comes to roughly 20 bucks worth of food for our family. Tonight i walk in to order and i get asked if i am picking up an order to which i reply no but i need to order. There is a gentleman already standing at the counter trying to get someone to come take his order to which they ignore him. He is an older gentleman and was forced to use the touchscreen that he was wildly uncomfortable using. Then after he finishes i stand there and reiterate i want someone to take my order which the 4 employees look at me and then go back to doing other things. Ive now sat here upwards of 20 minutes waiting on the order after it took me 20 minutes to figure out how to type in on the screen.

I wont be back. If they cant take a single order at the counter when it is not busy then they dont need my families business.

Extremely disappointing experience. I specifically requested fresh food, yet when I received my chicken wraps, the chicken strips inside were cold, hard, and stale, as if they had been sitting out since noon. It was 6 PM!

I returned to have the food remade, only for my intelligence to be insulted when the wrap was prepared again using the exact same chicken strips. That is completely unacceptable.

Jack in the box , without question, is officially the worst fast food in Anna. I wouldn’t care if they were giving out free food , I won’t be back here . The quality of the food matched the poor attitudes I encountered. You all need new management or better training… absolutely absurd.

Terrible service.
To start, the drive thru worker was mad from the start of the interaction all the way to the end of the interaction.

Not to even mention, most of the food was completely cold, and it took a whole 30 minutes to complete the order.

The store having 2.4 stars is ultimately generous with the food and customer service it delivers.

Do not spend your time at this location, anywhere else would be better.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, and paid for that exact item. Came all the way home and received a ham and bacon croissant instead. And on top of that the sandwich was cold as well, which is very disappointing especially for this establishment being new. I’ve never had a problem with the location in McKinney off of university.

The worst when it comes to presentation and the best when it comes to “am i eating a sponge that has been outside for too long?”
This “cluck sandwich” and “mini tacos” set me back $10. First and last time I’ve had Jack in the box. Y’all gotta do better if y’all charging people that much.

I pulled in at 9:54. The lobby closes at 10:00. The girl looked and me and literally jogged to come lock the door before I got to it. Sick of lazy people who don’t want to work. I worked in restaurants for over a decade. So I understand the frustration when someone comes in at the last minute. But we always still serve them! The closing time on the door is the last time you can walk in. If you’re in here at 9:59 you get served just like somebody who walked in one minute after we open! Customer service!
