I work in service so I understand mistakes happen, the past two times I’ve been here my order has been wrong. This time I asked for ketchup on my burger and no taco sauce on the tacos, open my food no ketchup and a taco flooded with taco sauce. They were a bit busy so you know I was going to cut them a break but when I bit into my burger and ate some fries, the burger was dry and cold and the fries were cold and stiff. I waited 10-15 minutes after I paid for my food and it wasn’t even fresh. I’ve written like two reviews ever but this experience was significantly poor and the service was beyond subpar. No thank you no smiles just give me money here’s your food. When food is cold and service is boring it doesn’t make for a good visit. It was 8 o clock right after I got off of a 13 hour shift of work, it would take a lot for me to be back at this location. Very disappointed.

Once a week I enjoy a meal from Jack in the Box. No matter what I order the food is always hot, fresh and tasty! Customer service is so polite and top tier. (And this is coming from a very picky person.) They even add napkins and condiments without asking. I really enjoy eating at this restaurant

I ordered a buttery jack never got that got a chicken sandwich Instead the drink was not the same drink I asked for and also asked for curly fries just to get small pieces of fries also when ordering the lady couldn’t hear me so I raised my voice she laughed and thought it was funny and when I kept ordering she kept laughing also the sauce I ask for was not in the bag

Door is heavy as hell, staff were nice though. Place is usually clean, the only bad thing I could say is that they’ve discontinued specific additional flavors on the soda machine so the only extra flavors for some sodas is cherry.

My rating is based on the Box of small spicy tacos I ordered. The girls at the window and on the speaker were as sweet as could be, and the caramel ice coffee I got was very good. However, the Box of tiny spicy tacos I received were pretty much a box of tiny tacos that somebody must have said, oh shoot they’re supposed to be spicy, so let’s just throw a bunch of lettuce and hot sauce on top of them close the Box and the customer will never know until they get home. I’ve attached photos. I’m highly disappointed. I really enjoy the tiny spicy tacos and get them at Jack In The Box in Royse City, each time I pass through. I’ve never been disappointed, but I’ll rethink stopping in Greenville again. Date and time was 6/5/2022, 11:20am

I was inside at JIB Greenville today when a man returned 12 tacos because they had lettuce and he ordered them w/o lettuce. He brought them back after he had arrived home to find the error. The MANAGER put all 12 tacos on the rack for other taco orders to be filled with. When I brought this unsanitary practice to her attention her reply was “There’s nothing wrong with those tacos”. I couldn’t believe my ears!!!! Aside from the fact that they were cooked at least more than a half hour earlier she had no idea who had touched them while discovering they all had lettuce on them. I’m definitely calling the health department tomorrow. Be sure you go inside and watch them prepare your food.
