THIS IS THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IVE BEEN TO! I’m normally not a person who gives bad reviews but this was my worst experience! This is for everyone think TWICE before going to this store.
I decided to go inside to make my order for my boss which is always custom I waited more than 5 min to get greeted. There were only 3 workers two in the back one at front the two in the back were just looking at me without saying anything. After so many minutes finally the lady comes at me and ask for my order I said can I get this one it was a coupon with a purchase of a sourdough you get a jr jumbo free. I’m explaining everything because I already sent an email to the company (NO ANSWER) called the restaurant and NO answer as well. I asked for everything on the side (mayo, tomato and ketchup) again this was for my boss and they’ve done that before and she goes straight up to me before I even finish “Oh no we don’t do that, I can’t” and I said what? So you guys don’t do what the customer wants? They’ve done that before and she says “No” I asked for my coupon back and decided to leave. But still I had a free regular soda that wasn’t able to get a week before because “they didn’t had any” I asked for that and she gave me the coke with NO ice when she didn’t even ask me and only half a cup of soda to that I was already pissed off and asked for her name she turned around and walked to drive through window and said “Ana” without even looking at the customer. Plus they were talking about the team from the night before complaining they didn’t clean, restocked and all of that. Jack in the box is this what they teach to their employees? What a shame. Honestly I’m not coming back to this location at all and I hope so many people see my review so that way you guys think twice before get y’all’s food imagine eating something when someone’s is giving it to you in a bad way.

Customer Service is on point, staff are very friendly however, the food quality has greatly diminished. Curly fries were cold and in little C-shaped pieces not actual curly fries, the spicy chicken patty on the sandwich was hard and stale, and the food was served cold. Total let down. This is not just at this location but it seems to be the case at all locations now. Jack N the Box is not what it used to be. I have decided to officially not eat here ever again.

Went through the drive through. Everything was straight forward. We placed our order, paid and pick up at the window. This Jack in the Box has been here 20 years or more many employees has come and go. It gets busy at night. Your experience depends on who is in the drive through and who is cooking? Overall has always been scrumptious.

I ordered a MEAT lovers burrito that was missing MEAT!! I had more egg than anything else. I had 1 folded piece of bacon that wasn’t tasted until I got to the END of my burrito. 1 slice of ham that was folded up and placed in just the middle part or the burrito and I couldn’t have had more than 1/2 sausage patty, that was torn into small pieces. This was THE WORST “MEAT” burrito ever and should be renamed to an egg burrito IMMEDIATELY! It was also pretty bland as far as seasoning and flavor is concerned.

I work for a fast food place so I understand some days are busier then usual and after a lunch rush you just try to pull yourself together and get ready for the next rush. This place gets worse by the day. I would like to order here cause it’s literally right in front of my house, but it’s always something. First encounter was being told I can’t get buttermilk when I order tacos even tho on the app it allows me to. Then I go again a few days later and my burger was left out. Now today I ordered 1 ultimate cheeseburger meal, 4 tacos, 1 EXTRA MEDIUM FRY, and 1 extra drink. My afternoon’s are busy doing mom stuff meaning sports after school so picking up something for the road is a must. They forgot the extra drink however I was still there and asked for it. I didn’t check my bag. I arrive to my daughter’s school only to find that 2 of my tacos and 1 medium fry was left out. Come on this location needs to get there stuff together. If they weren’t go quick to shut the window on a guest we wouldn’t feel so rushed. Well looks like this momma will go an afternoon with nothing to eat cause mind you the meal and extra tacos were for my daughter. $20 for 1 meal and 2 tacos. Thanks to this location. Please work on your order accuracy and customer service.

Just like any other fast food restaurant, expect a consistent product and service under 5 minutes. The restaurant is newly renovated and is in a clean status. Don’t expect anything extraordinary with the food but it was interesting to see that they do have options with lower calories. I had the chicken fajita pita and it was just the right size for me. Seating available only indoors and there’s a drive through.

These people at this location are notorious for getting your order incorrect. Most don’t comprehend decent English, they ask you if the order right on the screen and still turn around and get your order wrong. One of the best places to get your breakfast from, but this location will make you regret!
