Today I want to go order number seven, which was a hamburger, swiss cheese.Lettuce and tomatoes, all the vegetables were great.The hamburger was really dried and hard.The french fries were curly fries was okay.The best thing out of this whole meal was the soda.I would never go back to this place again.Frank has a lot of things to worry.I don’t know what happens to the other days, but today really sucked, a few days ago I ordered tacos and they gave me some old ones. And some new ones, why do they do this? I don’t know. I think this is the last time I’m going to eat here. I don’t care to come back.There’s too many bad reviews!!!

I went to order me tacos and keep in mind I don’t go to this jack in the box cause it’s off the highway and it’s always a hard time to get in with the drive through so I go to the one off of Clarendon any ways I order my tacos and I never once had sauce in my tacos when ordering tacos you always have to request at the other location so when I got my order there was sauce inside them. I called and told the lady she said that the tacos come with sauce you have to ask without it. She told me to bring back the food n I told her I’m already at work and can’t bring it. She had a sorta attitude with telling to bring it back and I preceded to tell her I can’t leave I’m at work already. I will not be going back to this one. I don’t mind take the food back at all she can have it but I don’t appreciate the attitude when solving in issue I’m a manager at a food service place and this is not how you handle the situation. An apology would have been just fine.

General manager needs to do something about late night shifts. Lines take 15-30 minutes after midnight. Either get some dedicated people that like to server others or you’ll keep seeing reviews we’re customers notice the lack of care.

I’ve been going to the Jack-in-the-Box for a very long time now and every time they bring back the three dollar loaded fries with cheese and bacon I have to get them they are so delicious with two junior bacon cheeseburgers I’m good. This is definitely the hotspot for munchies

I ordered the old famous sourdough bacon cheeseburger that normally comes with two patties but I guess they didn’t feel like working tonight because mines only had one patty. My bread was stale thick and dry, I asked for easy tomatoes but received three huge tomatoes and my fries was old, stale and cold. Now, I did order this via UberEATS who would not give me a refund but Jack in the Box is to blame for the poor quality of my food, the one patty that is on it is dry and tasteless.

For one they took almost 45 minutes to get me my order. I order a large curly fries with cheese they gave me a medium.. then now let’s talk about the bacon double smash jack . They didn’t grill the onions like they suppose to. It was luke warm the bacon was cold as hell the bread felt bread when warm it up in the microwave. Just unacceptable. The whole damn burger was nasty. It tasted like it was sitting up for awhile and they just threw in the microwave to warm it up looks like I’m never going back to this particular jack in the box.

Worst fast food place to go to if I could give it a zero I would. The order is completely wrong, when we let them know its wrong and just refund they get mad and tell you not to come back. Why? because you gave us something we did not order and got made because we did not want to keep it? Watch out for the cook he acts like he doesn’t make mistakes.
