I always go for the Seasoned Curly Fries, the tacos, and a cold root beer. The line can be long, but the delicious food makes the wait completely worth it. The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better.

They screwed over the wrong one tonight! You don’t screw me out of 36 bucks for a poorly prepared meal and get away with it!
I’m a Former fast food worker myself and I have also called corporate before to complement them on the proper way they prepare food but not this location EVER!!!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They consistently get the order wrong even after I initially stopped going for months due to poor service. And the bitter attitudes when you show them the receipt that shows the order wasn’t followed? Classic.

They’re dedicated to getting your order wrong, I respect it. Now respect this non refundable 1 star.

$18.14 and the chicken sandwich was hot in some parts and cold in other areas but stale, cashier charged me for a #3 combo and said you said a #3. The receipt reads “Dine In Order” bags it up for take-out. Don’t waste your time, I’ll visit a different location from now on.

I have never in my life been asked to count pickles but on 10/29, I was. I drove through the South Dallas location’s drive thru around noon for lunch and asked for extra pickles on my Homestyle Chicken Sandwich. I see a charge of 2 x .15 appear on the screen. I pay then receive my food. I look at my sandwich and there are 4 pickles on it. I state that I did not receive the extra pickles. The lady working the drive thru states, “how many are on there?” And which I replied “4.” She then proceeds to say, it comes with “2, how many more do you want? You paid for two!” I’m like “ I know you lying! I’m not about to count pickles and I know I didn’t pay no fifteen cent for each pickle and you need to grab me some more pickles because that’s wild!” Someone from the back must’ve overheard the conversation because they hand her a side of pickles to hand me. Needless to say. I was very dissatisfied with the service received at this location and if I am to pay 15cent per pickle then you can just keep the entire order and give me my money back because that’s wild and very outrageous! I was livid!

This is a clean and well-run example of a Jack-in-the-box. Jack should be proud. The little tacos are flimsy little things, but I sure do like ’em!
EDIT 11/16/21: I dined here again. The staff were friendly. They keep the place clean. The Ultimate Cheeseburger was a heap of meat and cheese. Filled me right on up.

I came to restaurant via the drive thru on my way to work.
I only wanted something simple.
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with lettuce tomato and pickle and 1 hash brown.
I intentionally said it slowly 3 times ..because it is not what’s ordinarily goes on a grilled cheese sandwich.
I got to the window and verified my order again. The cashier still seemed confused. I checked my order. It was not a grilled cheese sandwich, instead it was lettuce, tomato and pickle placed on bread and a slice of cheese that was not melted.
I didn’t have time to turn around in the drive thru. I made an effort to reach the manager.by telephone. Unfortunately, it was not answered.
My order wasn’t done properly. I paid for it no matter how minimal the cost.
My expectation was a satisfactory service just like the cashier was expecting my money.
It is evident that good customer service is not priority at this restaurant.
