food is normal Jack in the Box quality; employees are helpful and knowledgeable of their jobs. Only real complaint is they don’t sale unsweetened tea. When asked I was told they only had one container for tea (which seems like an easy fix but it’s been months)

Absolutely unacceptable. Employees denied use of the restroom unless you bought something first. That’s not “policy,” that’s poor hospitality and a complete lack of basic human decency. Any food establishment that treats bodily needs as a sales tactic doesn’t deserve customers. There are plenty of places that understand respect and common courtesy…this is not one of them. Not to mention it was filthy, so no one wants to order food there. Avoid.

Overall they serve fresh food. Today I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with no cheese and extra pickles and this is what I got. It was still fresh just annoying when you receive very little pickles when you ask for extra.

The Taco we pick up for my granny was cold and barely a butter knife full injected!! My granny said call them they never picked up. Sad food cost this much and you barely get your moneys worth!!

SO…(Thinking how to say this) I understand that this location is pretty open all around… I get that… BUT… That ain’t my problem! When I pay for something, I expect it to be made fresh. And I have to say that most of the time, it is fresh.. But then… When the order is freshly made WRONG than a mugufuga EVERY OTHER TIME… Like man! If I use the app and put NO ONIONS, I’m subject to get EXTRA friggin onions! If I put EXTRA MAYO or even EXTRA KETCHUP in the order, it’s barely a dab in the middle of the burger. Instructions are there PLAIN AS DAY! But see.. This is where my review gets testy. So.. Everytime I have come into this place, it looks like a ghost town. Chairs on top of tables in the middle of the day. It’s like they don’t even want customers in the lobby. THEEEN! Most of the staff are Hispanics whom usually do a good job in regards to service in some of the fast food joints that I’ve frequented. But these jokers here don’t like to see too many customers coming in. OH NO! That means that it’s time to work! The manager actually is this Ricky Ricardo looking dude from I Love Lucy.. If you want Jack-in-the-box keep driving because if you stop at this location your food will be old and cold, your order will be wrong and the employees will have a attitude.
Update: 10/24/21: taco’s should not be runny and soggy, I tried the monster taco’s and they were scary, the meat and shell was soggy, greasy, and wet, liquid was dripping and seeping through the shell.

While getting something to eat on my short lunch break (30 mins) I decided to get the spick chicken sandwich. I’m ready to enjoy my meal amd to my surprise the bread is molded. I don’t have time to take it back to the restaurant….so I decide to call. No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message. So now I’m at work hungry with a molded sandwich. Do better! Might be the reason the person who took my order didn’t give me a receipt, nor was it in the bag.
