Just ordered #18 n egg rolls via drive through. Gave me my food n said have a good night. We drove off not realizing she didn’t give me my coke. Kept calling them n no one answered. It kept saying the box is full. So I will go by tomorrow for my drink. Making this review for the record.

I visited the restaurant around 10:00 PM yesterday and ordered two Munchie Meals one Cluck meal and one Texas Double Burger. I clearly requested that both meals be made fresh and the burger with only mayo and lettuce, as I am allergic to mustard. Despite this request, mustard was put on the burger, creating a serious health risk for me.
In addition, neither meal appeared to be freshly made. The food was cold and seemed as though it had been sitting for some time. The following day, I returned to the location to address the issue. Unfortunately, the experience became even more frustrating. The manager I spoke with was rude and dismissive and stated that there was “nothing they could do,” showing no concern for the food allergy issue or the quality of service I received.

Ordered uber eats got the burger with large fries the burger should have a regular amount of toppings. burger barely has any condiments as well as veggies. Lastly They gave a small portions of fries in a large fries holder… seems like specifically this area of restaurants all lack in customer service… it’s really not that difficult to make the order right. Its not rocket science. If I’m paying 14+ dollars for fast food I would expect it to have the sufficient quantity of fries or toppings… food also had a hair on it

I literally just left and all I wanted were two tacos and some curly fries. The curly fries were good and hot. The tacos were COLD AS CRAP. As if they were someone else and they just gave me them. I’m upset I called 8 times no answer.

Overall, they’re alright. But I did for pick up for the first time & was disappointed. They said my order would be ready by 12:04a. I got there at 12:00a on the dot. But my order wasn’t ready til 12:18a & didn’t leave til 12:25a by the time everything was in bad that I ordered.

Worst customer service EVER!! MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING A MANAGER AT ALL!! Grand total of my order was around 30 dollars no biggie until they for forgot my sons tacos pull up and park 20 minutes before the lobby closes an the doors are already locked with people still inside the lobby dining swing through the drive through to get our tacos an pulled out my fries which is supposed to be a large order an the box wasnt even filled to where it usually is asked the manager if this is what passes for a large fry an she starts berating me and my wife in Spanish because we sont speak her language she then takes the fries an another employee comes up an says it was full we literally got our food an pulled around to get our tacos. But the whole staff wanted to argue about fries!! Luke seriously there fries top em off an move on seriously manager then starts waving the fries in the bag in my wifes face an starts screaming do you want them do you want them asked for a refund an was told no then she slams the drive through window in my wifes face highly advise going somewhere else!!

I hate that it has came down to me posting a bad review ,Being that this is the second time this happens I have no trust …. I got a sourdough jack asked for extra pickles was charged 40 cents cool no problem but I only get 3 pickles smh…..and mind no tomatoes but did they deduct 50 cents for that nope …I have to travel to another one in another city now to get my Jack Fix…
