Terrible – we waited over 45 minutes for drive-through order, only to receive cold burgers once we finally got it. We took everything back inside and asked for a refund. Manager was super apologetic, but wasn’t even sure how to do a refund. He figured it out, but it was a big waste of time.

Always hit or miss, but has been more miss lately. Seems like every time I come, by the time I get home to eat the food is cold. I just live a few minutes away. The last time I ordered curly fries, I get home for what looked like would be a small. It didn’t even fill the container halfway.

This place needs workers, There was 8 to 10 people waiting for their order, and probably as upset for the long wait as I was, but I wasn’t upset at the THREE workers ya’ll had working, in the busiest time- It was so overwhelming to watch these 3 workers busting their a@@ off, doing more than 1 persons job, and just because they were capable, doesn’t mean you should take advantage! The workers last night, deserve more than 1 persons pay if you aren’t going to properly staff…and when I say, they are the only thing keeping your business going, you better hope you don’t lose any of them, you can’t afford to. I will be patiently waiting for a response, a real one. Thank you to the amazing workers at Jack in the Box in Corsicana Tx, the evening on 6/20/2023, we all saw you were understaffed, ya’ll did a great job regardless 🙂

I got the cheese biscuit I got 2 supposed to be bacon and sausage do you want you cannot eat the egg or the cheese and they didn’t give me a sausage they gave me two bacon .bacon was not done. Tried to call the store where I got it from on 7th I corsicana wouldn’t answer

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Jack, but it was once my favorite Fast Food. But this stuff was over priced, not tasty, and the staff was very… Blasé. I think I will only come back for the weirdly good tacos

The staff was not really that friendly water was all over the floor from the soda. Fountain machine did not have any ketchup had you give us little cups of ketchup from the back. No taco sauce and no one acted like they were in charge
