There are a few good offers in the App. I chose 2 Sausage Croissants for $4.99. I have a Jack In The Box gift card, but the App doesn’t allow you to load the funds into it, or use it to pay for your food in the app. Why not, Jack❓ (Jack Ai replied, but did NOT answer my question.) Jose provided good customer service, and the food was good. The parking lot has some areas where the concrete is being repaired. Be careful driving through here.

David answered my questions about the App, and my Gift Card. I took a previous survey, and ordered a BOGO FREE Jumbo Jack with the code. He also gave me some French Fries. Everything was good. The parking lot repairs are finished. The drive-thru is always very busy. The entire restaurant, including the bathroom, is very clean. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service that exceeded my expectations = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! A positive shout-out to everyone who works here! Went in the can am to get a late night snack in all this ICE they were open and serving hot food. Can’t say it was still hot when we got home but it was good. Thanks going to see if the open again today!!!

The food received a 2 star because although it appeared that the sourdough burger and curly fries were made fresh. By the time I arrived at my destination within 5 minutes, the food was extremely cold. Not sure if it is the packaging or what.

Just tried calling couple times and No Answer. Besides the fact that my curly fries are only crumps, I simply ordered 2 monster tacos, large fries n drink. Drive-thru said, 1 buttermilk per taco. Okay, no problem. Get to the window and I only have 1 buttermilk. I asked for another and she said, (in Spanish, which I clearly understand) She laughed , it’s gonna cost you. I gave my card and said that’s fine. I have 3 buttermilks, 2 tacos n large fries. So what did I pay EXTRA????? I understand it’s petty to most. I hate fast food but night I was extremely hungry. Expected nothing but bare minimum and received less than that…

I am always pleased each time I stopped at Jack’s. My food has always been fresh and hot and I have never had any issues with them. I always get great service, thanks guys. Oh and btw, Jack makes the best oreo cookie shake by far.

I work close by this Jack in a Box and I can say that the service and quality of their food is good. I have never had an issue with anything at this location. Their service was fast and the employees were super nice. I know I’ll be going back soon enough.

It’s been a while since I been to good Ole jack in the box and I remembered why. The food is just mid. It was the only place open late and it did what I needed it to do. It filled me up.

I mean it’s Jack in the box. You can get food late means you don’t have to cook. As far as fast food goes it’s better than some but it’s still fast food. Hard to beat curly fries at midnight though when you get the munchies.
