Dear management at Jack in the box in Grand prairie at 4004 S Beltline Rd 75052. Not sure who was on the schedule for the overnight shift at about 2AM,but this person do not want their job. My husband and I was served a strange mix of old, stale fries with some fresh ones thrown on top as if they thought I wouldn’t notice.
The stale fries were cold, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. It completely ruined the taste of the whole meal. Until I bit the burger and tasted disappoint immediately as well. It’s frustrating because this felt lazy and careless, like they just didn’t care about serving quality food.
If I’m paying for fresh food, I expect it all to be fresh — not some weird leftover blend. Honestly, this experience made me question ever coming back to this location. Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Jack in the Box. I should sue! The “late night cravings” crap needs to goooo! No one has ever craved a stale and fresh fry mix with a sloppy burger on the side.

We love this Jack In The Box! Maria & Jennifer are so amazing and they always have a smile on their face. My daughters order are very picky but Maria & Jennifer always its not problem and have amazing customer service. Big thank you to Maria & Jennifer amd the whole team. They are the best!! On March 19, 2025, I visited the Jack in the Box at this location and ordered a sausage croissant. After purchasing the sandwich, I immediately checked my order. The sandwich was small, the croissant wasn’t flaky, and the sausage was undercooked. I returned to the restaurant and explained that the sausage croissant didn’t resemble the one shown on their menu board. I won’t be coming back, as I feel I wasted both my time and money. Additionally, the employee who handed me my order was not friendly, and when I returned the order, he didn’t speak or even say thank you. He could certainly benefit from some customer service training. Now I see why the restaurant was so empty.

The food tastes like it was scraped off the bottom of a grease trap, with burgers that somehow manage to be both soggy *and* overcooked. Fries? Limp and lifeless, like they gave up on life before hitting the fryer. Don’t get me started on the service—slower than a dial-up modem and with all the charm of a DMV clerk on a Monday. The only thing consistent is the regret you’ll feel after eating there. Save your money and your stomach.

Update: 4/15/21 Went again today to try and give the large fries another try. Nope, added a picture labeled 4/15/21. It is a little better than the first time but not a large by any means. Just get the meal in a small, this is twice now in one week. The one star remains, I even filled out the survey that was left for me on the reply below. (Oh by the way they were supper salty today, that was not a problem before)
