I went through the drive through because I was in a hurry I order chicken strips and a large order curly fry and they told me to stand out on parking lot one I went out there and walked about five minutes later. The lady brings me my bag and I takeoff. I’ll get to my place and she forgot my french fries when I ordered french fries and chicken strips that’s pitiful I am pissed off

I hope this place is shut down. Too much hit and miss. Asked for extra cheese on tiny tacos earlier. Didn’t get it. They used cheese sauce but the moment you actually get extra cheese they use shredded cheese. I feel sick now. I don’t recommend this place to rats. Not to mention they don’t mind throwing in burnt fry pieces in your order. 0 stars.

Service and accountability was horrible! I ordered 2 large popcorn chicken boxes when I got them they were lukewarm and the boxes had little to no chicken in them. I didn’t get a bag or a receipt. When I went inside the young lady argued with me that they gave me a large order the chicken just shrinks. She proceeded to give me a small order empty popcorn chicken box and I demonstrate the amount of chicken that fits in the box and closes with no problem and she still argues with me they gave us what we ordered the chicken just shrank. Instead of just owning up they slipped up and would make us fresh food she just talked with the other employee. I requested for my food ro be remade she took the cold food trashed it finally gave me a receipt and told me her manager told her the corporate number is on the receipt. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had (and I have had many at this location) This needs to be address ASAP.

We were staying at hotel Next door. We checked Website and Google to make sure dining room was open, all said midnight. Tried calling but no one would answer. We (3 girls)walked over to this Jack in the box. Due to location on frontage road from our hotel, walking across parking lot was just more logical.
ALL doors locked, signs say open till midnight. Drive thru packed. Employees refused to even look at us, finally one motions they are closed , i pointed to sign , she looked at her watch and was a little confused because it was only 11:15pm. A crew manager came to door after our continued knocking. He very rudely said that he could not serve us the dining room closed at midnight ! I said it’s only 11:35! He looked very confused as well and said well sorry, and walked away! The only thing I can say is very rude employees that closed up dining room early. If your hours have changed, update your Signs, Sites, Pages, Google info , Yelp, all that stuff, same someone the hassle!
