My mom went to get one chicken wrap, one fajita wrap, and one order of curly fries for us. She ended up seeing she got regular and not curly while in the drive thru, she politely waited five minutes while the girl was just standing there right in the window, even looked at her and still ignored her. finally she got to tell her (nicely) that it was supposed to be curly fries, she got the bag snatched from her and pushed back at her without the girl saying a word. my mom said thank you and the girl continued not to say a word back. i tried to call but it did not work. whoever that girl is needs to get a grip and realize she chose this job.

This location is incredibly understaffed. The one guy working the counter and the drive-thru was busting his butt. One person there, a lady, I don’t know if she was the manager or what but she was just yapping on her phone in the corner and not seeming very interested in helping out. We ordered some food and they forgot something in our order and when we went back to get it this lady was very rude. I believe because of them being understaffed, they just threw together everything pretty sloppily. We’ve been here before and it’s been pretty good. I know we could go to a different place but we do like Jack in the box. Someone has got to get some more help in there for them. That guy should not have to be running around like that trying to take care of everything. And the self checkout kiosk? That is a huge joke. I don’t know how anyone can think that is going to be helpful in any way.

Worst jack in the box I’ve been to. Don’t answer the drive thru, out of fries, and when I got the “hot mess burger” it must have been their version cuz all it had was a gallon of mayo on it. Pack it in and close this place down please.

The only reason I come here is if the McDonalds drive through is too busy and after handing back 2 flat and watered down DR peppers, I asked for a coffee and it’s litterally the weakest coffee I’ve had…. Since the last time I got coffee here.

We eat here all the time. Today is the last. Ordered a coffee and three sausage egg cheese biscuits. Never came out. 30 minutes later the lady literally asks me if she could take my order. The same person who took it. Couldn’t find my order. I just walked out. You got my 11 dollars and some change. But that’s the last dollar you get from this family. It’s not much but it was almost weekly. So 12 * 50 ish can be taken off your annual books.
I didn’t have the 30 minutes to wait to begin with, so waiting for her to figure out a refund… God only knows how that would have panned out. Probably charged again. I’ll just take the loss

The restaurant maintains a 24-hour schedule. We arrived at approximately 1:30am and ordered two #1’s sourdough jack cheese burgers, with one tailored to exclude tomato, served with curly fries and a coke. Disappointingly, the bread was hard around the edges and lacked proper toasting. Moreover, the burger contained no cheese, rendering it inedible. Given our prior arrival at the hotel, we elected not to revisit the establishment.

The food was fine except the French fries they use here are not right. They are thin like competitors and JIB fries are supposed to be a little thicker and a little crisper. Short on employees, took 8min to take our order and 21min to get the food. Was skipped by two other orders behind us. The order was a simple #5 & #10 meal. Coke freestyle machine not making ice and out of many flavor add ons. Dining area could’ve been cleaner but wasn’t terrible

To whom it may concern, this will be the last time my family spends 64+ dollars at your establishment. Three times now, we’ve ordered sourdough Jack’s, and three times we have received untoasted sourdough Jack’s. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like butter flavored bread, not toasted. I and / or my family would rather wait for it to be right then made as fast as you can. You also need to put more lettuce on the tacos.
