Solid Roofing
I first went through the drive through in a hurry, but decided to stop in the parking lot to eat. The lady in the red shirt was so kind, happy, smiling, friendly, all while multitasking the talking with 2 customers and making drinks… I LOVE when people go out of their way to serve and be kind. I tool pics & went inside to ask her for her name but she was busy helping other people feel special so I secretly snapped a pic!! Thank you for the amazing teriyaki bowl and high sea drink, and especially for the extra sweet-and-sour sauce that you knew I needed before I did!! I will be back with people.

Ordered 2 meals and wife’s burger was completely wrong. Took 15 mins to get order the first time and another 10mins to remake her burger. Store had 1 customer in drive thru while i was there so I know they wasn’t busy

The staff was awesome. The breakfast sandwich and hash browns were fresh and decent. Now for the reason for the Two stars:
Males bathroom does not have any hand drying options available. Not even a crappy blower or toilet seat covers. I used TP to dry my hands.
Drink. The machine was terrible barely any options no sprite no dr P just coke or juices. No ice even though the bin said it was full. As for the coke it was watered down and flat.
Won’t be back most likely which sucks cause the staff was helpful and friendly but the cons outweigh the pros even with the sandwich being good.

We stopped here (in Broken Arrow) and the outside of the store smelled like a family of skunks had been there. I’m not sure if it was the employees or the beverage workers that were replacing their pop machines. Once inside the store they expected us to use the kiosk to order but there was only one kiosk. No one greeted us or responded to our questions. We left and went somewhere else. Train your employees in customer service!

They had me and 2 other vehicles wait about 30 mins for our food and it was only us, not really sure how this is considered a fast food joint if customers have to wait that long to even receive orders…

After a long day stopped at this location at about 12:35am to be informed they are only doing mobile orders because there systems are down. which I find is probably a lie if the whole system is down I bet mobile orders don’t work either… but to pull past the window seeing all there employees sitting on counters just screwing around.. this place apparently doesn’t need the business so spend your money some where else.

They should have a selection for no stars! Very rude staff (eye rolls, attitude). We asked if they can clean the tables for us, no response. I walked back up & asked for a spray bottle & rag, they said one moment but never brought anything. I would NOT recommend going here. They’re very disrespectful. Trash cans are overfilled. Bathrooms are NASTY

Order took over an hour and came out soggy and old. Asked for no lettuce on tacos and they gave tacos with lettuce.
The fact that we waited so long is annoying enough, but if you’re going to have us sit and wait for over an hour, can you at least make the food fresh and correctly?

I just left there. I stopped by on the way home, after they took my money in the drive through and gave me my drinks. All but one employee ran outside. Apparently they were fist fighting in the parking lot. I went inside to get my money back. They tried arguing that my food was ready. No body had washed their hands and I believe (could be wrong) I saw blood on one persons hands. I will never return to this location.
