I really haven’t done a review of this Jack in the box yet, after posting 2 photos of the Sourdough Jack, cause of my business scheduled. Well! At least I took the time to look up on the only Jack in the box, we only have in Lawton, Oklahoma, and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed with the food that they made, (Even know it may look weird) but I do have a problem with their service, more than their trouble employee issues, especially it takes a long time to get your food order to you, in your car, plus the restaurant looks dirty from the inside, from the tables you sit in, to the soda fountain, maybe the bathrooms as well.
Anyways, good but alright food there, but there’s a lot of problems they really need to fix.

Don’t bother Therese guys can’t follow smoke directions I ordered thru door dash my wife’s burger was mayo and lettuce only so apparently do is mine the sodas only 3/4 full and I guess I have to say I want draws with them

I ordered a large combo and a root beer. Got my order and it was a small and a damn Dr Pepper. Mind you it took them 25-30 minutes to get me my food. This is by far the worst service I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. Needless to say I will not be back to this terrible establishment.

Went here at 12:50 am and was told at the drive-thru that their system was down and they could not take any more orders. We got stuck in the order line waiting for people ahead of us to get their food and exit the drive way! We waited needlessly for 15 minutes with no staff resolution.

Usually their food is really good but the staff almost always act like they’d rather be somewhere else. We went through the drive-thru and the guy was trying to send us off without giving us our drink. Got home, realized they left part of my order out the bag. Ugh.

Every time I go to this Jack in the box, they give me the wrong order.
When I go to confront them to fix my order, they give me attitude, like if I was in the wrong.
The employees here talks to you unprofessionally, talks to you with attitude.
The food quality is horrible, it is like the cook doesn’t care about how your food comes out.
My sourdough sandwich that’s supposed to be toasted was soggy.
My sandwich literally just fell apart.
I never received a sorry for their mistakes, on not properly listening.
Instead they insulted me, by talking to me unprofessionally with rude attitude. I don’t even trust the food they replaced, who knows if they did anything bad to it to get me sick.

This place has improved so much since last time I was here. I ordered the jumbo jack cheeseburger by itself for $5.49 and i only waited 2 minutes for it. The bun was amazing, plenty of flavorful cheese, the patty was good sized and plain but with all the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles the mayo and the ketchup it was a perfect conjunction. Despite of the cashier being so apathetic, the food was very good and I will give them another chance after this.
