Kinda slow but fresh cooked food.
Almost always something wrong or they forgot something the guacamole sauce for 4 oriental mini tacos and you don’t know until you get back home

This restaurant seems to be going downhill everywhere. I thought it was just my local ones but this visit was in Oklahoma City, OK. We went a little after 10pm so the dining room. Was closed. We ordered 5 burgers and 2 fries. $50+! I wouldve been ok with it of the food hadn’t been AWFUL! We had double smash burgers and they were so dry we couldn’t eat them. The jumbo jack is no longer jumbo (more like Jr burger size). And to top it off,our fries were overcooked. Very disappointing….

I think her name is LIZ but she was so good at customer service! She gave me my food and she was so polite and sweet. She seems new but she looks like she got the hang of it. She seems like the best so far and better than anyone. Give her a raise!

Use to be the best Jack in OKC until today Tuesday 1 pm shift male manager, lied and manipulated a customer over something so simple. He asked for a double jack no pickle add ketchup and mayo no mustard and sub the American yellow for Swiss cheese ticket number 1081. But instead gave him American white cheese when the manager was confronted respectfully about the mixup he said that American white cheese was the Swiss cheese and that the Swiss cheese with the holes in it is the real Swiss but the white cheese without holes is the fake Swiss. I know if it sounds confusing so was the customer, so either the male manager is ignorant and doesn’t know the difference between cheeses, either way he should be trained properly instead of misleading and messing up regular customers orders. Never will return.

Every time I go to this location and order a double jumbo jack , it is made differently with different sauces and veggies. About 10 minutes ago I ordered my burger received.My burger made incorrectly after ordering with no onions.It came with onions and like triple mustard.Even though I didn’t order extra mustard no ketchup no mayo no pickles to my surprise. WentnBack through the drive through an express that I would like my pickles , my ketchup , my mayonnaise , and less mustard and no onions like the receipt says was asked to pull around and park behind 2 cars.Which I did when I finally received my burger the second time.It was made the exact same way as the first time with no pickles no catch up. Like how hard is it? Then I’m an hangry cause you can’t follow a screen, in my book three strikes, you’re out!

I ordered a #9 combo with onion rings, Oreo milkshake for my fiancé and mini tacos for a homeless man that was really hungry.
The #9 was pretty dry and tasteless and the bun was like eating the consistency of play dough. I was excited for the sauce on it, but there was hardly any on it. The onion rings tasted good but they were so hard and cut my mouth up that I couldn’t enjoy them. My fiancé only drank about 1/6 of the milkshake and asked me if I wanted it, so I’m going to go ahead and say that he didn’t care for it. I hope that the guy I have the mini tacos to at least enjoyed his food.
Also, when I was getting rang up at the screen my total said $14 something, but when I checked how much I paid it was $19 something. I don’t understand where the extra $5 went and I wouldn’t have paid that much for that meal.
I don’t plan on returning to this place.

Let start the manager of today December 3 is rude to most and have zero customer service this place look dirty and the drink machine is almost out of all the drink option I ask to from the beginning that I was eating in side and manager but my food in bag but every other customer got there food the right way dint care about customer request since the coke machine is calibrate bad giving just a dead stare to people when ask for something this place deserve a good manager is a in a great location but need some one that cares about what they do for there living not just giving bad service and getting pay for it I will be checking back this location to see if you guys take it seriously I hope more employees are like the girl with blue hair she really gives people a smile and is very happy to help
