I walked in and waited for a few minutes. A lady walked up to me and asked if I was trying to pick up an order I said no I needed to make an order. She said with you in a little bit, I said okay, no problem, then she came back and said, just use the kiosk, Thank you. I don’t work at Jack in the box, i dont believe i get a discount for labor. I like customer service. 240 pm Fri March 6th 2026. Nobody inside and just a couple of people in the drive thru so I used it Jayden was very nice at the window. But the name on my recept said Paula M.

I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the guy at the window I am just leaving the parking lot but I believe he is working with the manager and she made our food perfectly. They were both really good. Food was made perfect! Still warm, tasted like it was made to go not sitting around. Guy at the window was nice, respectful, and good energy. I appreciate the service especially for fast food. I hope more places can follow that. And no I didn’t know any of them before tonight.

It’s what you’d expect from fast food, except for one thing: the gentleman who was working the drive thru at 3:00 AM on Saturday, January 10th had exceptional customer service, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to sing his praises. I did not get his name, but I hope he goes far in life.

Oh the best fast food experience since the pandemic. That lady working over night, she was so kind and funny. Really made the experience worth it. The food, at this location in my experience is top notch Everytime.

We pulled into the drive through about 10:48pm to get 2 meals. When we arrived there was 4 cars in front of us and they were barely moving. We get to the intercom at 11:04pm. Lady comes over the com and asked if we had a mobile order we said no then she tells us one moment and then doesn’t say anything else for almost ten minutes. We had to initiate a response. She asks again if we had a mobile order. We told her no we want to order food. We ended up leaving due to her response and the lack of service we weren’t going to receive after the lack of communication and we were told we have to wait until she finishes 8 other orders. In one so called minute. I’m never coming back. I will be letting everyone else I know not to come to the location because they serve who they want apparently. Lady had pigtails and a colorful cardigan on.

If I could place a negative star I would. Went in to place an order was to place it on the kiosk even though I was paying cash. It says to pay cashier. I placed my order but no one came to get my money. Waited about 30 minutes and saw at least 5 customers leave because it was taking to long. Asked about my order

Placed a mobile order at this location and picked it up not even 15 minutes later. Only waited a minute at the speaker before I was greeted, which is perfectly fine. Upon reaching the window, I was given a total which was not mine. Not a big deal. But upon telling the employee that I was picking up a mobile order, they more or less shoved the bags in my face. The drinks weren’t even made yet either. Didn’t really think too much of it. The worst part was when I got home and started eating my food. I ordered a cluck chicken sandwich and seasoned curly fries. The sandwich looked absolutely pathetic and tasted even worse. The chicken patty was extremely tough. As for the fries, they were incredibly soggy. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I like Jack in the Box, and I really expected better. :/

My boyfriend picked up our food. He told them we were missing a drink and they said we didn’t order one. My boyfriend isn’t one to argue about anything. I went and told them this exact situation and they responded with asking me if it was the drink in mention, asking if it was the specific drink before I even said what it was. I’ve worked fast food and this is basically telling me they know what they did and just didn’t want to make the drink unless we pushed or complain.

This is my 3rd time ever to a Jake and the box and third time here…..I’ve been there day and night shift and I have gotten attitude for I don’t know why and the last time I went it took 30 minutes and there was only 2 orders on the screen which was mine and the guy behind me which he left after it was 20 mins of waiting for one thing, the lady took our card and then proceeded to talk to her coworker for a extra 10 minutes before giving us our card then our food. Food wad great unlike the service.
