I order the sourdough sandwich most every time but this time I ordered their featured value combo which is usually a double sandwich.
It’s always a low price and definitely a bargain. The food was great and the service was commendable.
I usually stick to a few items but do try something different once in a while. I haven’t been disappointed yet.
I would recommend trying this location.

This restaurant used to be really great and served amazing food with excellent service but now the guy working the window shut it on us while my boyfriend was in the middle of talking to him. And then they messed up BOTH of our burgers and only got our fries and chicken nuggets right. We got home from picking up our online order, called and told them what was wrong and not only received an unapologetic response but we also were hung up on. We immediately went back to the store and had to wait in drive thru for over 7 minutes for them to complete the order for the car in front of us. And then ONLY received our burgers back, which were FINALLY correct. But then had to eat our meal with cold fries and watered down coca-colas, all because they messed up originally. $25 spent WITH A DISCOUNT and we could only eat 2 things without reheating the others up ourselves.

I walked in one morning and was met with side glances and eye rolls. I didn’t quite know how to take that so I just smiled because i thought maybe they are starting their morning off rough. After standing in the front for a few minutes looking over the menu a man walks by with a headset on and says whenever I am ready to order I can use the self help kiosk. As I’m approaching the kiosk a white man walks in and at least 3 of the employees turn to greet him, the girl in the drive through window leaves her spot at the window to see if the man is ready to order. He wasn’t. A couple minutes go by then the same man with the headset on (who I later found out is the manager) comes to the front counter to see if the man was ready to order, he was so the manager took his order. There was also a woman in a gray jacket that came to stand by the manager when he was taking the order. I was having trouble modifying something on the kiosk and asked out loud how to do it but no one acknowledged me. With 3 workers around that counter all catering to the white man I realized that I was being discriminated against as I am an African American woman. So I just placed my order and thought I’d leave it at that. I saw the white man receive his order and the girl that gave it to him was so polite to him she said thankyou, have a great day, hope you enjoy. That same girl brought me my order and said, ” You ordered this? Here you go”. Then walked away. At that point I didn’t want the food anymore. I went back to the counter and said excuse me a bit loud because I could hear the vents and things in the back part of the store so I figured it might be hard to hear. The girl that handed me my order was standing with her back to me talking to a few other workers. I guess she didn’t hear me, so I said excuse me louder the second time then she came back to the counter. I told her I wanted a refund and she got the Manger ( man with brown hair and the head set on) he starts my refund and said “sorry for whatever was wrong, what was the problem?” I didn’t answer him, I just stayed silent because this is an issue that clearly wouldn’t be comprehended by the staff that was currently there. I have looked online for a corporate number but cannot find one as Foodmaker INC doesnt have a direct number from my searches. I do know that I will never waste my time or money at that specific store again. Customer service means you treat ALL customers with courtesy and respect. This specific team of people that were there failed incredibly. It’s quite disheartening to see because I work in Healthcare and I would never treat someone like that if they came in for help, even if I had the option to. I would give zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option either.

I went to the location on 615 12th ave NE Norman, Ok, 73071. As I entered I asked who I believe to be the manager if I could use the bathroom. She told me I do not give out the code to my bathroom. The way she responded I let her know I will use ours when I get to my restaurant. I am a manager at Raising Canes. My mobile was ready for pickup at 7:38. It was ready when I walked in at 7:36. She acknowledged me at 7:40 and asked do you need to order something. I told her I had a mobile order and she gave it to me. I asked her name. She asked me why?. I informed her I was gonna leave a review because she was extremely rude. She told me she wasn’t and would not give me her name. As someone who strives to give the best customer service to every guest I felt it was my duty to report someone treating people this way as they start their day. She was friendly to the people in Drive thru but, didn’t understand why I received the service I did? Please reach out to me and if she happens to be the General Manager I would like to speak to a district manager or corporate be cause this is unacceptable. Thank you and I will be looking forward to speaking to someone about this issue.

We walked in and there was no one to take our order. A woman finally showed up. She had no money in the cash drawer, but we told her we would use a debit card. Then after we had waited for awhile. She told us to wait again and she went and took a drive up order. We waited again. But then left without every being allowed to place an order. Since it’s been years since we attempted to eat here. We won’t mind never eating here again.

Whoever the brunette older lady that works the evening shift with glasses I don’t know if she’s the manager, but her customer service is completely terrible by making multiple rude remarks for me coming inside to get my online order because I had went through the drive-through first just trying to make it easier on them by me coming inside And she just has to say snotty remarks like I understand if you don’t like the job don’t do it you chose your path and career. You don’t have to make me feel bad for you doing your job. I will not be returning to this location, simply due to the fact of her.

The last 3 times I’ve come to this location, we’ve sat in line for over 10 mins just waiting for someone to answer the speaker. It’s early so no one was in store, maybe one car I saw. They didn’t have coffee the last 2 times I’ve been. Not sure what’s goin on at this location but it’s gone down hill.

The male worker at 4:55pm on 10-12-25 was extremely rude when we were just trying to get him to give us our correct order. Gave us a ton of attitude until we had to physically point out more than once it’s wrong then was so mad that he was wrong had us give them the wrong drink and switched who was talking to us. I’ve had this same person be very rude every time I come in, I’m not sure why.
