The lady working there was extremely sweet and welcoming. Her positive attitude really stood out and made us feel appreciated as customers. I honestly haven’t had a Jack in the Box experience this good in years, and I’m so glad we decided to stop here.
I was even able to get two Jibbis (they were the same one, Saucy), and I was so happy they had them available. Overall, such a great visit! I’ll definitely be coming back.

The first time we visited we were treated poorly. The employees seemed annoyed by us being there. We were the only ones at that moment we were told to go part neer the main door that they would bring out our food. We waited close to an hour for our food. They were doing this with everyone and we all waited because we had no choice. We had paid and we were hungry.
The second time which it was today, March 8th at about 8:30 pm.
We walked in the lobby and we were told it was closed to go place an order thru the drive thru. We get there we were told they had no tacos so we only asked for a number 18 and 19. She asked if we said a 8 or a 18? My husband replied that it was 18. She asked with confusion, “Wait, what is the number 18?! That was it for my husband. They made us feel like they don’t know what they are doing or they just dont want to do it! This please needs help bad! I can assure you that we will remember this situations and we will definitely not come back.
The company makes it very complicated to make a formal complaint!
