Haven’t had Jack in the box in a very long time. Closest one is 1hr 1/2 away. Been craving it for a month. Finally decided to take the trip for me and my family. Made a huge $70 order. 12 tacos, 2 breakfast Jack’s, 4 large curly fries, butter jack, spicy chicken sandwich and 2 boxes of tiny tacos plus 20 buttermilks. They made everything fresh and quickly, didn’t miss any items and super nice service. 10 outta 10 would make the drive again. Incredibly happy with my tacos

I had such a great experience at this Jack in the Box! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. You could really tell everything was made with care. The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept, which made the visit even better.
The lady working there was extremely sweet and welcoming. Her positive attitude really stood out and made us feel appreciated as customers. I honestly haven’t had a Jack in the Box experience this good in years, and I’m so glad we decided to stop here.
I was even able to get two Jibbis (they were the same one, Saucy), and I was so happy they had them available. Overall, such a great visit! I’ll definitely be coming back.

We travel from Texas to Georgia and today was our second time going to your restaurant trying to give them a second chance.
The first time we visited we were treated poorly. The employees seemed annoyed by us being there. We were the only ones at that moment we were told to go part neer the main door that they would bring out our food. We waited close to an hour for our food. They were doing this with everyone and we all waited because we had no choice. We had paid and we were hungry.
The second time which it was today, March 8th at about 8:30 pm.
We walked in the lobby and we were told it was closed to go place an order thru the drive thru. We get there we were told they had no tacos so we only asked for a number 18 and 19. She asked if we said a 8 or a 18? My husband replied that it was 18. She asked with confusion, “Wait, what is the number 18?! That was it for my husband. They made us feel like they don’t know what they are doing or they just dont want to do it! This please needs help bad! I can assure you that we will remember this situations and we will definitely not come back.
The company makes it very complicated to make a formal complaint!

absolutely distasteful. i ordered food tonight a buttery smash jack meal and a regular buttery smash jack. the fries were not even WARM let alone hot. thats not why i wrote this review. my review is on the BURGERS. the meat was slightly PINK. the bread was hard. i didnt have the butter on there. AND THE CHEESE looked HORRIBLE !! the disrespect.

There was only 1 other customer in the restaurant, and it took 20 minutes to receive our order of a No. 1 and a junior cheeseburger. The only other customer had been in there longer than us and still had not received their food. Employees weren’t apologetic at all. Do not stop here if you’re in any sort of hurry.

I use the drive-thru for this visit and I ordered breakfast the bacon egg and cheese croissant was good …along with a hash brown! everything was fresh and made to order

I don’t eat bacon for religious reasons. I ordered loaded fries with no bacon and a number 6 which doesn’t come with bacon. Tell me why I got bacon on fries and sandwich and lemonade was watery. Manager was high and told me she would put more cheese on fries as if it would get rid of the bacon. When I sent the sandwich back in it took a while to come out. But once I got homey sandwich had bacon pieces on it as if they just ripped it off and gave the same burger. Never eat there again. Untrustworthy

It is so sad, this location has been out of all flavors of diet drinks for a week. And the customer service does not exist. Will never be back!!!
