The staff here is beyond rude. If they don’t have an item you ordered they will replace it with whatever they see fit and tell you that’s you’re only option. If you’re like me, they won’t even put the replacement in the bag! I ordered mini churros and waffle sticks. They were out of churros. I tried to get every single other item on the dessert menu and was told the only option I could replace them with was sugar cookies. I was very irritated at this point so I just said whatever and went home only to find not a single hint of a stupid sugar cookie anywhere in that damn bag. Not to mention the cookies are only one cent cheaper than the extra order of waffle sticks I originally asked for so that makes absolutely no sense. I tried to have my money refunded and was completely ignored. There are much better locations where they actually give a crap about what you ordered or better yet just better places to eat in general. Don’t eat here unless you want to be handed whatever is most convenient for the staff

Not sure the ladies name but she was working overnight tonight I’ve seen her a couple times she was so kind helpful and patient with me when I went to get my food and also pick up a DoorDash order. Whoever was working at 4am Sunday September 28th was a sweet lady. Amazing customer service and hot fresh food

A warning for anyone who wants to eat at this Jack in the Box! This location served me the worst Jack in the Box food EVER! Everything is burned the drinks are flat and the service was grumpy and mean. I will never eat at this location again! Marking it on maps so I never make the mistake of coming here!

This jack and the box experience was amazing. Customer service is not what it use to be, but the 2 ladies working the drive through on Sat, June 24 at 1230 were AMAZING. They made our oreo shakes AMAZING and there smiles and kindness radiated. It was a nice change from the people in customer service recently. Kuddos to these ladies!

Waited 40 mins, at least 30 mins after I ordered my food. The food wasnt fresh even when I got it. I ordered the fajita pita, had one large brown piece of lettuce. Pita was SO incredibly small. DO not get!! Worst fast food experience I’ve had in LA. I ordered the miny plain tacos, got them loaded. Normal person would be happy to save a $1. I didn’t want the taco sauce and brown lettuce.

The person taking the order was arrogant at the drive thru today evening. Had ordered the two tacos and asked for no cheese and she did not even listen to it and asked me to drive ahead..!! She gave it with cheese. Had to throw it away and was a waste of money. There was no lettuce inside..Bad experience overall..!!
