Lady who took my order sounded very unprofessional and unfriendly. I ordered and corrected my order 3 times. I asked for pickles 3 times on my sandwich and my root beer light ice with a large Seasoned Curly Q.
No pickles. My breads flat as a pancake and I have a large curly q container 1/3 of the way full. They gave me brown paper towels from a bathroom machine when asked for napkins. I asked for ketchup and she handed me 2 packets.
This place is terrible today. 14$ for nothing appealing or correct.

Food was hot and good. It was also made correct with amount of toppings. Full of flavor and sauce. This is one of my favorite Jack in the box. I just wish Jack in the box had the teriyaki bowls and Boba they never have it when I go to any Jack in the box but they still have it on the menu.

Normally a great place to go, reliable for great food. Tonight Latasha the shift manager tried it. First she just upcharged us for Large drinks which we didn’t ask for, but she had the audacity to serve us medium drinks. When confronted she went in circles saying the large cups are now jumbo and the medium is the new large. MAAM we had no problem paying because we did but please don’t try to take our money and under serve us . Give us what we paid for. We are both shift managers with Jack in the box so we know! I ordered 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches they only made one right the other wasn’t bacon which I didn’t want and they forgot to give me my coffee, when I told them they gave me a small instead of the large I ordered. They also forgot my hash brown in my breakfast platter, and the bacon was super thin and looked old. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to work and when I tried calling the store they didn’t answer. I would put 0 stars if I could.

I believe her name was is fantastic,Her tone of voice sounded genuine and happy to help us which is hard to find now days in fast food. Lady started to take our order, things seemed fine at first. She says hold on, after she gets back, we can’t understand her, we said “what” then she stops talking. We say, “hello?” And this lady straight up says, “hello may I take your order” after already waiting a while for nothing at all. We already had one item on the menu to pay out. Not sure what’s up with that person
