We love Jack in the Box breakfast. But this Jack in the Box should be avoided at all costs. Their food was greasy their eggs were just bad and the hash brown were dripping in grease. The people were rude, there were no napkins or condiments. Everything was dirty.

Paid for a medium combo and got this. Asked the lady which had a attitude wheres the medium fries, she said that is a medium. Food was gross, wasted $23. Definitely dont recommend eating here.

The food was excellent as usual. My wife was not impressed with her iced coffee; returned it & asked for something else. They said let us try to correct it; they did. She said it was ok, she just won’t order it again. The dining room was “clean,” but a kind of “quick clean” that a fast food dining area gets between the busy times.

Unclean! Everything is sticky. Door handles, tables, chairs, floor, and the drink machine. Had to clean our own table, before we ate. Cashier was polite and willing. Food was OK! Better than McDonald’s!

Very inconsistent at this store, I love jack-in-the-box but there is always a 50/50 chance of not getting your order right. I’ve never personally had a problem with the burgers but the fries are pretty much always hard and stale. Tonight, I door dashed myself a milkshake. Normally it’s sealed properly but this time around it wasn’t sealed at all. I did not feel comfortable drinking it, so it feels like I wasted my money.

Food was good and the staff were friendly and sociable. Good variety of foods so everyone can find something they like.
The adorable short black woman up front was a delight (I hate describing people but I forgot to check her name tag before leaving) and had me giggling. Now a days people in fast food always seem to have an attitude but this whole crew seemed to get along, smiling and socializing while still getting our food out both quickly and correctly at the same time, I applaud that. If you’re in the area I would give them a try

We drove an hour and a half to come eat here and no one was at the restaurant. We saw an employee crying in the back but soon went inside when she saw us pull up to the drive through. My husband went inside and snapped this picture and text me “no one is in here”. Very disappointed, but also concerned because the lady was upset. Not sure what’s going on but I hope someone checks on their employees.

I ordered two jumbo jacks and received two small burgers. It had been a while since I ordered this and just thought that the size had changed like many companies are reducing sizes. I said that I would never go back to pay for a small burger. However, after looking at the menu on line, I see that there is a Jr Jumbo Jack what I’m guessing I received instead of the Jumbo Jacks that I ordered.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was bad. Employees didn’t want to work. Went through the drive thru and was told to come in. Just to order in the app. Then they didn’t have half of what we wanted. If they had just taken our order, we would have known what they didn’t have. It took over 30 mins!
PS more like PSA: There was hair in my curly fry! I ordered curly fries but I ended up getting curly hair!
