It needs to be stated that I love Jack in the box breakfast and their tacos. Now according to the website they are open between 6a and 10p in my experience with their location this is not true they seem to close for no reason with no warning and without a sign multiple times a week. Now you see that I had to check their website despite writing this review in their parking lot because the hours are not posted on the building, Nor are they currently open. When they are open you are lucky if they respond to you at the drive-thru or the counter let alone get the order correct. If they do get the order correct there is a rather decent chance that they don’t have either the ingredients or the “set ups” for what you ordered. If you were lucky enough to get in the building you may be upset to find the dining area is far from pristine. But you can, hopefully still order. Attempting to call the number on the door is the only thing more futile than trying to buy food at this location. If you call the number on Google you will likely get a fax line if you call the help number on the door you will find a wonderful electronic receptionist that does not give you an easy way to get a person. But if you wait long enough you can leave a message. This location is by far the worst fast food location i have ever visited. I do seriously question how they stay open but i suppose that answers the first problem. Good luck to anyone trying this location

I tried to stop on my way home from work. It was 8:55pm. It looked like it was closed; there was not a single light on. I checked the site on my phone and it said they were open until 10 so I pulled in the drive through. Couldn’t read the menu since NO lights were on. I asked for 2 monster tacos. The guy said they were out of tacos. I couldn’t order anything else because I couldn’t see the menu, so I left and went somewhere else. There were no other cars there. I’m sure everyone thought they were closed. This wasn’t the first time there were no lights on. I’m done with this place. I’ll never patronize again. To many other places to find dinner at 9pm that are open and employees are nicer.

I would like to know the owner or gm of this one. I was there around noon today. It was busy enough where there was only 2 people working and couldn’t handle it. Me being the person I am and have worked for jack in the box for a few years I asked if they needed help. The guy said yes and said even offered me money out of his own pocket and to pay for my meal. Which I declined both. I just would like whoever to know that they needed help and no one was there to. I’ve noticed lately most jack in the boxes don’t have good service anymore or enough people to work. They both did an amazing job and it only took us a few mins to catch them up

Stopped in here at 7pm and were told they had no eggs or pancakes. When 1/2 your menu is breakfast, how do you not have the food needed?! We drove 6 miles from our hotel to get Jack … We love Jack but are totally disappointed in this experience and this store.

Service was absolutely terrible. We went to the drive-thru and they asked us to pull around front to wait for our food. Other people from behind us kept pulling around with their food. Our order was nothing special and we don’t know why it took so long. We waited about 20 minutes. When we got the food home our order was incorrect, I ordered my chicken sandwich with lettuce only and they did the complete opposite. I got tomatoes and mayonnaise. My small curly fry was pathetic. It seemed like they threw the paper fry bag inside the take out bag and threw about 6 fries to the bottom. This was without a doubt the worst and most pathetic fast food experience I have had. I will not be returning

Been there multiple times. If not during peak hours, food is old, cold, and terrible. Order is usually wrong. I understand making food ahead of time. And if it’s slow, food isn’t usually fresh. But I pay the same price either way. Common amongst fast food service, staff typically outwardly acts as if they dont want to be there, and that they dont want you there.

Terrible service. We pulled in the drive threw and got stuck waiting while they took every cars order one by one at the window because the head sets were not working. Then we place our order after being stuck in the drive threw for 15 minutes.. they pull us forward and we wait ANOTHER 20 minutes.. only to get cold food called and manager was rude like it was my fault. Terrible service terrible management!! Jack in the box used to be great now its underpaid workers that dont care.. get it together JACK before your the next Steak N Shake.. out of business!!

We stop by here whenever we are in the area. It’s always a comfortable friendly place to stop and have a sandwich. We would always recommend stopping by here, and their new sandwich selection is very good. Would have given four stars but they need to focus on cleaning a little more, but it really wasn’t that bad.

Dirty. Floors were sticky. Trash had not been taken out. We went on Saturday around 430 and were the only ones in there. It still took 20 mins to get our food. She cleared out our orders from the screen so her times didnt get messed up and then reprinted out the receipts to cheat the system. Only 2 workers on a weekend. It was not clean at all. I’m not going back to this one ever.

Been to this location multiple times and recently the service has gone way down. The workers behind me the counter barely acknowledge you and the service speed is so-so. On my most recent, and last visit, to the location on Highway 94 in Weldon Spring, MO they were short staffed. Instead of greeting customers right away when they saw them the employees went about whatever they were doing. One employee looked my way on three separate occasions before finally coming over to take my order. She almost looked surprised that I was standing there. If you are understaffed you can still greet people and tell them what’s up. I get it’s not the employees fault for being understaffed but it is their fault for not acknowdging customers and not letting them know what is going on.
