Restaurant was a solid fast food experience. It was clean and the time to get my food after placing my order at the counter was relatively quick. Never had Jack in the Box before as I was visiting from the northeast. The burger was filling but the prices were a bit on the expensive side as it costed around 12 dollars for a burger combo meal.

I am not sure about their senior discount. It ended up being 20 cents on a 15 dollar bill. Jack in the Box is increasingly rare in this area, and it is a nice change.

I just had Uber Eats delivet lunch for me. The order was not correct! It should have had a sourdough jack combo with fries. I did NOT receive that nor the fries only then large sprite! Instead i was sent 2 sausage breakfast items and onion rings. I also did the buy a MOBSTER taco get 1 free. I got 4 small tacos! Not what I ordered!!

Went by Jack in the Box on my way home today and saw they had Monster Tacos so I pulled in. Reminded me of being 16 and ordering these tacos 10 at a time. 2 filled me up tonight. They are the best tacos. Crunchy, cheesy, spicy. Employees at this location are always nice and friendly.

11:14 Friday 26th. My daughter, granddaughter and I were at drive thru trying to give our order. The female taking our order wouldn’t give me the time to ask my girls what drink they wanted. She just kept being rude. When I got to window, the girl kept telling me she was sorry and it wasn’t her. Soon after a very small girl comes and slams our food at the window. She had a very foul look on her face. I did tell her if she didn’t like her job, she should find another one. The girl at the window was very nice and continued to apologize for her coworker’s attitude.

Terrible customer service and place. I work in the plaza and will drive out of my way before I go there again. I walked up to the counter to order. The lady walked over take my order and just stood there. She didnt ask how can I help you or anything. I said hi I would like to order a chicken fajita pita. She said “we aint had dose”. I said you dont have those? Its on your menu. She said nope and laughed at me and walked away. Someone please help them!

The absolute worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Called the manager to let them know of the problem and got hung up on. The woman in the Drive-Thru was not nice at all. Looked at me for my money so nasty that I asked if she was ok. I have to give a one-star because you can’t give a zero. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NOT RIGHT!!! Don’t work around people if you can’t be nice

Every time I come to the location something is just not right. Yet once again I come I order 2 tacos neither of them have cheese on it. And then not to mention the staff and how rude there was one in particular staff member and her name is Lori. She is the one who took my order and was the one that also helped me once I got to the window. She was very rude not only to me but she was also very rude to another staff member in front of me. Honestly this location seems to never be able to get it together it should just close the quality of food and quality of staff is just not worth staying open.

Went to the restaurant at 1:30 PM the rush was over I was asking for two fresh tacos not ones that been sitting on the rack for a while but just two fresh ones I asked the lady for those two and that I would be more than happy to wait for those Later she has the bag with the two tacos they’re the old ones that’s been sitting there I said ma’am these are old I wanted fresh tacos she looked at me and she said oh do you think this is a Ritz Carlton or something no I said just a good quality of food fresh food it’s all I want She had a really bad attitude ask the other lady to drop them while they were cooking A bag And two tacos which were the two old ones that she just took away from me I said ma’am these are cold and now so are the curly fries and she gave me a really bad attitude she threw them away and she says he wants two fresh tacos like deal with children I guess I just wanted was to freshly made tacos coming right out of that oil Because if they sit after that for about three or four minutes they’re not any good so get good quality food and I’ve ran into this several times don’t get them to drive-through go inside and get your food fresh because it’s the only way you’ll get it even with the workers attitude It’s sad we’ve got to this point no wonder so many are shutting down the quality services as bad as the quality of food
