definitely the creepiest service ever of all the Jack-in-the-Box locations. I have never experienced something like this in my life. I did an online order paid it and I came to pick it up 30 minutes after ordering there was 25 cars in the drive-through. The lobby was open as soon as I walked in they started yelling like animals. I have never in my life seen an employees act like this literally like zoo animals. Don’t ever go to this Kings Highway and Chippewa location it was literally horrendous. Absolute crap. speechless.. stick to your mom and pops restaurants.

It is. It’s one of the worst spots I’ve been to. I never, ever, ever come here without an issue. Every single time it’s always something ruining my meal. Every single time. Glad I wasted $11 today to walk up here, be ignored for 10 min at the register, get cold food, judged for Which sauce I like with my food, then I had to ask three times for more sauce because she hands me one single packet and I say can I please get more and she hands me another single packet.
Rude as can be, doesn’t care in the slightest. I could even hear a coworker comment on her terrible attitude and she then comes around the counter and gives it to me. There’s a reason I’ve been here four times in the last year and I’m not coming back.

Every time I go to this Jack in the Box, there’s a problem. I should’ve known better than to give them another chance. I ordered two tacos and two chicken sandwiches — the tacos were completely unedible. The food is never fresh, whether it’s tacos, poppers, or French toast sticks. It’s like the employees just don’t want to cook or take pride in what they serve.
I’ve tried calling this location at least 50 times over two days, and they refuse to answer the phone. This is completely unacceptable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until this location learns how to properly serve customers and prepare food that’s actually edible.

The cashier(Angyl S) was very rude like she didn’t want to be bothered when I asked her questions… hash browns tasted old and brittle … the employees was having a conversation in the lobby that I didn’t desire to hear while I was trying eat breakfast so I just walked out and finish my food in my vehicle…. this was my 2nd and last time dining at this location while in St Louis visiting from Memphis

Hi guys! It was my first time here and I ordered the Stacked Grilled Cheeseburger Munchie Meal. You cannot order this until 9pm because it is considered a late night snack. The meal came with a burger, fries, two tacos, and a drink for $6. The cheeseburger, fries, and drink were great. However, the tacos were not edible :(. They were probably made in the morning? Other than that, the food was great! The line moved very quickly and the staff were pleasant.

Went through the Drive-Thru and our server Aaniyah G was extremely rude. She didn’t let us finish ordering. Then when we tried she made us drive through the Drive-Thru twice. She gave us a really rude attitude.
