I came into this jack in the box with high expectations. Where im from, our jack in the boxes are very well put together and friendly. I came into this one with the same expectations. However, once we ordered our food they didn’t give us any of the drink cups we asked for. We watched 2-3 people get their food before us even though we ordered before them. I had asked for my bacon to be extra crispy and they said our order was taking so long for that reason. When I got my food, the bacon didnt even look cooked. Our food was cold and not fresh. We also only got one large fry when our ticket said two. Not to mention that there was maybe one clean table in the whole place.

I always go through the drive through window – so I can’t speak to every detail. But The Onion Rings are great I just use ask them not to over cook them. I’m not sure of what to their recipe requires but if you ask them to pull them out when they are golden as opposed to leaving them in until they are dark brown- they are much better.

I’ve gotten cold tacos here twice now. I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt once and give them another chance. However, there should be no reason for it to happen a second time. I won’t return.

The tacos were extremely greasy you couldn’t even eat them and the Oreo shake was half filled and the rest was whipped cream. The last couple times at this location was awful and also no receipt and at first we only received two tacos and had to say we ordered six. Wish we would have seen how greasy they were before we got on hwy.

Last 3 times at drive up I was asked to pull around front and my order would be brought out when there was no other car in the drive thru. When i asked why I was told it keeps our drive up window time down. I still am waiting but your times look good? Not acceptable!!!

The past few times we got food here there has been issues. This last time my burger had a hair in it. The time before this, the girl working the drive-thru along with her high school friends working with her were very rude. Our order was wrong so we came back through the drive-thru to get it straighten out and she had the worse attitude not to mention the Manager was standing a few feet away and I asked several times to talk to him and he just ignored us. This used to be a great Jack in the Box it has went from really good to horrible. We won’t be coming back until they get some employees that don’t speak so rudely to customers and train their employees on health safety issues. The food is also not what it use to be. We have had friends tell us the same. That it’s not what it use to be.

Waited 28 years to have Jack in the Box again. It was as good as I remembered if not better! I sure wish they would open the one in Rogers, AR they have been talking about for years!
