The food was delicious and nicely proportioned. I love their scrambled eggs so I paid for extra. The cashiers working the drive thru in the late morning hours (between 1am & 4am) are usually fairly nice. Thanks for making it possible to get breakfast ALL DAY, Jack!!

This used to be a great spot to grab a quick bite but its definitely gone down hill in recent years. The food was meh … ordered 2 taco meals and the tacos were barely warm. The cheese wasn’t fully melted and the tacos were unusually greasy. There were no other customers in the restaurant so it wasnt busy yet it took several minutes for an employee to come from the back and take our order even tho there were 3 other employees that saw us standing there waiting to place our order, but I suppose they were on break or maybe I interrupted some scheduled screw off hour because none of the employees greeted us nor informed the worker responsible for taking orders…that there were customers waiting to be helped.

RUDE, FEMALE TEENAGERS THAT DO NOT HAVE STANDARD PRACTICE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES TO FOLLOW!!!
After being active the last several weeks & taking off work for my bday today, but still going to the gym, I decided to treat myself. I ordered 4 items & asked for 5 sauces which the young lady at the window told me that they would bring out with my order if I pulled up to wait. When my order arrived a few min. later I had jelly, jam, & a buttermilk ranch that I didn’t ask for & 1 out of the 5 that I did ask for. When I went inside to get my sauces, a different girl, Destiny, told me that 1 of them was no longer being made, which I found odd that the first girl didn’t know that since she works there…

She then told me that I would have to pay for the additional sauces, despite them giving me ones I didn’t ask for at no charge. When I said that the first young lady didn’t say that, Destiny got an attitude & said “well, I’m telling you now.” I don’t mind paying the 33 cents per sauce if I was told that when I ordered, but apparently the first girl didn’t think it was excessive for 4 items, but Destiny did.

Well, Destiny didn’t take my order, & if that policy is standard, then the other employee should know that. Then, when I asked for a manager to honor my original sauces, said “Manager,” Lauren, just repeated with her own attitude that extra sauce is more, no matter what the first girl said, & “I’m telling you now.” If I wanted to talk to a parrot, I’d go to a pet store, but there was no professionalism, courtesy, or real customer service offered at this location, aside from the young man that brought me my food. Obviously, I had money to pay, but the principle of the matter & attitudes were it for me. I will be contacting Regional/Corporate as well…

I always get a chicken fajita pita when I stop at Jack in the box but tonight’s pita was a mess! It barely had fillings in it and what was there was falling out the bottom. The employees were amazing but I’m not sure if they were rushed or what but I wish the food quality was better…

I live in the area , and I had a terrible experience with the manager on day shift. Might I add , Jack in the box has always been my favorite restaurant so
I go regularly. Every time I go to this specific Jack in the box it’s one specific manager that is very problematic. I always ordered bacon cheddar potato wedges with an extra set up. When she is not there , I always get extra cheese on my potato wedges, I am always satisfied with my order. Every single time she is there she only gives me a small amount of cheese on my potato wedges even after I paid extra amount. She always claims it’s policy they don’t add ALOT of cheese. And always , I mean always gives me attitude. In conclusion, I just avoid going in the mornings so I won’t run into her. On October 9,2025 I went at about 1:50-2:00 pm. I ordered 4 tacos , one ultimate bacon cheese meal and a jumbo Jack … the person ordering even asked me if I wanted my jumbo Jack with cheese I replied yes. As soon as I got to the window , I was asked to pull around and wait at the door. Typically I do not like to pull around because it’s a long wait or my order is messed up , on this day I decided to go ahead and pull around and wait. I waited and he came out with my order . I only saw 2 tacos and my jumbo jack was missing . Before I could let him know he walked off so I had to park my car with my dog inside by the way , and go in to tell them they forgot my jumbo jack. The man was handling my order and being very professional and before he could finish the manager walked up and told them to pull up my order. She told me he forgot my jumbo jack , and I told her this is why I don’t like getting out of lien and pulling up at the door because now I have to get out of my car and before I could finish talking she refused my order and told me she’s calling her manager. I began to record her while she was on the phone with her manager. She said “remember the girl that used to always complain about her wedges, she’s here and I’m refusing her order because they messed up her order but she’s being problematic ” I told her It’s because I have a problem with you guys always telling me I have to pull around , legally your not supposed to make me pull around to make it look like you finished my order fast. She continued to tell the manager she’s refusing my order . I told her I had no problem paying for my jumbo Jack from the start but as a customer I have a right to voice my concerns. She then began to walk offf and say have a nice day. We start arguing and she took her headphones off called me fat, tried to fight me and told me to come around the counter to fight her. This manager gives me trouble every single time I come to Jack in the box. Today got very out of hand. I am filing a complaint through the better business bureau, the EEOC and I am getting a lawyer for retaliation and harrasment. As a customer I have a right to voice my concerns , and after I pay my money I have a right to recieve my order with respect . Quality and care. This manager turned down my order from personal experience and problems. And she is very problematic. I also have this on video. I have already filed a complaint through cooperate. And now I am taking more steps to make sure this matter is solved and taken care of as a paying customer . Please reach out to me regarding this matter. Thanks

The worker Nadia W taking my order was extremely rude and kept interrupting me while placing it. This is the reason I usually avoid coming to this establishment all together. The workers at this establishment need to be trained on etiquette and respect. It is disheartening and it will be a while before I return back until changes have been made.

I am worried about Jack-In-Box. A number of them have closed this year. One two miles from my house that was in a Phillips gasstation. Their food is usually good enough, money is tight with everyone, especially for dinning out.

I usually get off work around 2:30am ,and I like to stop and get breakfast before going in. Pull up to the drive thur window and a few minutes later a female will say that they are close and only taking call in orders or they close. I then asked when you would you reopened and the respond was she didn’t know. How can you be close if you claims that your drive-thru is open 24hrs. Please help me understand drive-thru 24hrs are not?

I ordered through the app and didn’t get the best quality of food. However, the night time manager (I am sorry that I forgot her name but she was so awesome about it) came on duty and when I called for a remake. When we came back up, she remade our food quick and prompt and the food quality was 1000 times better.
