I went around 1:30 in the morning, while on my lunch break since I work overnight shifts in the medical field, and spent the entire lunch break waiting behind 1 car. I got my food, took it back to work and opened it. I had gotten the midnight munchies box because I wanted the air freshener that came with it. It wasn’t there, onion rings and the chicken strips were burnt, and the tacos tasted old. Called the store and the young female who answered basically brushed me off. She said that they forgot to tell me that they didn’t have the air freshener and I couldn’t go back to have my order fixed because I was at work until 7:30 a.m. I am beyond disappointed with the food and the manager’s lack of customer service. It’s ridiculous to spend 30 minutes in a drive thru just to be told that there is nothing they can do for you when they screw up.

WOW! I have ate at many Jack in the box locations in the STL area. This is by far the BEST one I have ever ate at. The curly fries were cooked to perfection. The burger was perfect. Absolutely amazing!! I will be back!

The people were awesome as we came in early for a lunch order! Asked for cheese sauce and received what looked like shredded cheese in a box on wax paper melted in the microwave but the top layer was burnt and it was rubber. Wish you would’ve told me you don’t really have cheese sauce instead of payingf for them which they aren’t super crazy expensive but still! asked for large fries and received what looks like small and they are very cold and taste old.

Every time I have ordered here they have gotten my order completly wrong. And when you call to have it fixed there is noone to answer. This is 6 times in a row that I have received the wrong order and not only was it wrong it was all old. The fries were so hard I broke my tooth, and my dog could hardly chew them. The festus location needs to be shut down or get new management. Completely unprofessional and down right disgusting food quality. The review will not let me post a video but if I could the video shows me literally breaking the fries and they shatter like glass. I will never be ordering from this location ever again!!!!!

Dined in this afternoon around 1:20pm. Dawn was who helped us. Everyone was so nice and cheerful. Store was alot cleaner then previous visits. Was very happy with our visit.

Stopped at Jack in the Box on my way home from work and I ordered 5 Breakfast Jacks and they just made them however they wanted to I guess cuz theses are not Breakfast Jacks the eggs were dried up and crunchy, no ham on them just a stick of bacon.. I didn’t even get my bacon cheeseburger and the tiny tacos where disgusting. Of course tried calling them and no answer. Just Ridiculous!

We are from out of state, we always hear great things about Jack, but man, this is experience was anything but great! The bathroom floors were sticky, we stood at the front counter for 15 min before we figured out we needed to orders on the not clearly marked self kiosk, when someone did some, they smelled like weed, we ordered coffee and it was not made fresh as the signs all around ensure, but was old and had a grinds at the bottom. Very disappointed all around. This jack in the box needs a makeover, quick!!!
