Horrible place. Delivery orders never ready on time,workers don’t do their job right. Always when I come to pick up food from this place, Delivery order never ready,order was placed online long time ago and never ready. This workers need to learn how work fast and Always on time. After waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, I was asked if I was here for DoorDash. I wasn’t. I was then told the location was on break and would reopen in an hour.
During this time, DoorDash orders were still being accepted and prioritized over customers physically in line.
This location is listed as open 24 hours, but walk-up/drive-thru customers are turned away late at night unless ordering through an app. This isn’t acceptable, especially for night-shift workers relying on accurate hours.

We ordered a bunch of tacos. All of them were only MEAT. No cheese. No sauce. No lettuce. I’m not sure what’s going on there but you definitely need some new employees that aren’t distracted on their phones so they can attempt to get their JOB right. Complete disappointment. Geez.

the food’s solid, but nowhere near good enough to excuse the horrible customer service… I work in the fast food industry so I know first hand how stressful it is to do, but the way their workers act is just unnecessary. The attitude I get for asking a simple question or the way I was told they couldn’t “add things onto my order at the window” and we weren’t even given a second option, such as driving around or starting a new order. The girl at window simply took my card, didn’t say anything, shut the window, and didn’t come back for a few minutes, still holding onto my card. there was no “hello” or “have a good day” or hell even a basic respect of being mannerable. She was clearly unhappy and every time I come here they either get my order wrong, or the servic is terrible. I love their food but but it’s NOT worth it.

Sat in the drive thru for 7 minutes with only one car in front of me, then decided to go inside to order at the counter. The staff seemed confused that they actually had a customer… the ordering process was weird and drawn out. It seemed as if I knew more about the menu than they did. No complaints about the food, it was good.

First they allowed me to purchase items in app that were clearly out of stock (and had been for a couple days). I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and nuggets in the app with a 15 minute timeframe for pick up. I got to the location to pick up my food and was told “we ain’t got that…we out” (no nuggets) but no one addressed the fact that I was owed a refund. To make matters worse, I got there in about 20 minutes and NONE of my food was ready—hadn’t even been prepared nor started at all. The above conversation was eventually had and I asked how they were going to refund my money because I had already paid in app. The manager says “I don’t know nothing about that or how we can do it.” After about 20-25 minutes, I’m still asking how they will refund so she began to try to figure it out..mind you, MY FOOD IS STILL NOT PREPARED NOR READY (I now waiting on my ultimate cheeseburger and waiting on a refund for the nuggets.) Finally, she gave cash back for the nuggets but my burger is STILL NOT MADE NOR READY. A man from the back—worker number 3 that I’ve dealt with—eventually came and asked if I received my food. I told him no so he went back and through it together and u could tell it was rushed and old. The “meat” was burnt the ingredients tasted weird/old, and the bun was dusty-like and crumbly. I will never come back. I have said this before but this time is the very last time for this location.

I love JIB food, but service at the Swansea location is horrible. I can’t say that the worker(s) were bad, but it’s always something, every time! We had a bad experience a few months ago. I filled out a complaint on JIB website, which now I can’t access for some reason. The regional Mgr. contacted me and smoothed things over. Tried again a few weeks ago, and their kiosk ordering system was jacked up and no one told us. We had to redo our order after waiting 15-20 minutes for food. A couple other people just walked out and one customer got online right there and submitted a complaint. We went back two days ago for breakfast, there were no customers in the drive thru and maybe one car on the lot. The guy on the speaker said he would be right with us. We sat there for 10 minutes before we could order. Went to the window, paid and we were told to drive around to the wait spot. 15 minutes later we finally got our food. 25 minutes total. After we got our food we called home to see if our two kids wanted anything from McDonald’s, which is just down the street. 10 cars between the two drive thru lanes and several more customers inside. Waited our turn, Ordered, paid, received the food and gone in under 4 minutes! Why is it so different? Does McDonald’s treat their managers better? Do they have enough people on staff that they can afford for a couple of them to not show up????? It will be a long time before I try Swansea JIB again, but when I do, rest assured that they will continue to disappoint.

This is the worst fast food place ever, you have to wait in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes, the food is horrible especially the Taco’s, the Egg Rolls are (delicious) then they mess up your order 8 out of 10 times… I met one of managers he was very polite but they need an Overhaul

I went here to get some comfort food for a friend and got a meal for myself as well. I went through the drive through and stated that I had an order through the app for Delilah.
I got an annoyed response asking if I could come in the restraunt, so I did.
When I got in the worker kept trying to confirm it was not a Doordash order…
I’m guessing she didn’t think I was Delilah or thought I was lying. I’m trans and was very dressed down, but it almost felt like I was gonna have to whip out an ID for Jack in the Box…
Why it continued past one ask or why there wasn’t an apology for the confusion I don’t know, but I left there very uncomfortable.
I ate the food, and I’m now up at 2am with it tearing through my stomach.
