The gentleman that took our order and waited on us at the window was great! Very kind, made sure we didn’t need anything else and looked as if he was in a great mood. (Unlike the other locations) Our order was correct and the food was good.

Had to give them$ 30 for $26 worth of food after I sat in line for 40 min and the store didn’t have proper change. And had a line to the road but wasn’t telling customers when they first pull in only when they got to the window… then got my food wrong and I think it was purposely done. They owe me $4.07

They charged me for a sandwich I didn’t ask for and then didn’t give money back OR give me the sandwich. I also had food poisoning after consuming one taco. Spent $17 for two tacos , a chicken snack wrap and a red Bull lol and ended up being sick all night because of one taco. Will never go back again.

My personal opinion on this jack in the box is the staff. When choosing to work in the fast food and our restaurant business you gotta have a staff that really cares cause they will make the difference, customer feel better knowing they not only got their food but was also receiving good service doesn’t matter if you go inside or go through the drive through its disappointing they will get your order wrong even after repeating it back to you I can explain how many times me or my children’s dad have gone back and yes the he’ll we do drive back cause for damn near thirty dollars plus my food should come the was I politely asked I have been giving burgers I didn’t order tacos I didn’t order and then some and it’s gotten to the point every time I do choose to go I order a number fifteen cause how can you mess nuggets and fries with no salt and that’s another thing due to medical reason I always ask for no salt and boom they will give me fries with salt and boom I have a reaction it’s terrible personally I prefer to cook at home but every now and again like every mom A busy day of running you just wanna grab something quick and this jack in the box just isn’t it. Not all the staff is bad but it hard to catch the good staff members who actually care to listen to what’s requested

I’ve generally seen the wood river locations of most fast food restaurants to be pretty poor experiences compared to their Alton and Godfrey counterparts, but this jack in the box is the exception to the rule. Night and day different than Alton or Godfrey, I’ll go out of my way any day to hit this location over any other in the area. Absolutely better in every way and what I’ve come to expect from Jack in the box!

Do not buy.food from Jack the box in Wood River Illinois unless you want to be sick like my daughter she purchased some tacos and the shells were hard the meat was hard,and dry dark colored, the lettuce was dry and brownish I have never seen anything like it almost looked like they were cooked the day before and just warmed up in the microwave I have worked with 52 Jack n box from Missouri to Illinois in the past doing some 3rd party work for corporate and have ate at all of them over the years but never have I had this issue I wouldn’t feed them to my dog something really needs addressed this is very unsafe so discusting don’t think I will ever go to eat here again
