I hadn’t had their tacos for a long time, like years, and they were as good as I remember. I mean, you cannot beat Jack in the Box tacos. Their egg rolls were also still spot on. The young lady at the drive thru was very friendly. Im glad I went.

I recently visited Jack in the Box and had a mixed experience. While the food quality was solid and definitely worth about four stars, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disengaged and the service was slow, which definitely impacted the overall experience. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their food.

We were excited to swing by on our way to ciait family as this is the closest ine to us. While we did eventually get to order something we wanted it wasn’t what we initially wanted.
At first we wanted the Gremlins meals but apparently they were out of onion rings…so they wouldn’t sell them to us even though we said that was fine.
They also had a spicy chicken stripe meal on the menu but those were apparently no longer available…then take them off your menu.

We were on a car trip and stopped at this Jack in the Box. We ordered a fairly big order, and they took awhile, which was to be expected. However, when we got our food, we were missing items and we got the wrong items. To top it all off, there was mold on at least two of our buns for our burgers and chicken sandwiches.

Went there after I caught a race and was driving thru. Saw only one car in line in front of me so I stopped to get food. The food is decent, it’s exactly what Jack in the box is. Good burger but not excellent. Also got some tacos from there and a drink. It took them almost 30 mins to get my food in the drive thru.. not sure why it took that long but makes me not wanna stop there again. Hopefully it was just a one time deal and maybe was short staffed but just be cautious if going to this place.

Went to Jack in the box at 6 pm today and the doors were locked but the lights were on. No one was there to take anyone’s orders when we decided to try the drive thru and sat for a good few minutes as did a few other cars ahead of us. Not sure what the issue was but it was very unprofessional that there seemed to be absolutely no one doing their jobs.

My family and I are traveling to Chicago, stopped here at 7pm and waited over 30 minutes for our order in the drive through. And even if we wanted to drive off and go somewhere eles you can’t because of the drive thru design traps you like a rat once you pull in!!!
