Out in the countryside lays a well-known West Coast fast food brand. Jack is well known to me in CA but haven’t been in years. Touchscreen menu order booth spells convenience. Friendly staff is great but you will wait a bit for the order but perfection takes time. I received my order and the food was superb. I hardly spent $10 and I was MORE than full. I wanted to eat more but time has to allow it that I barely had. I only have one problem… There’s not enough Jack’s and that’s too bad considering how often I may visit.

I decided to come here since I haven’t eaten at Jack in the Box in a long time. The parking lot is kind of small so I can see why it gets backed up at peak times. I ordered the jumbo breakfast platter and also two tacos. The breakfast platter is not really jumbo, you can see from the picture that you don’t get a lot. McDonald’s has a better bargain for about the same price and more filling. French toast sticks were too chewy, Burger King does them better. The hash browns were okay, I prefer them to be crispy and moist like McDonald’s. These were just crispy and lacked moisture. The tacos were good though and that’s the only thing worth getting so far. Not sure if I’ll go back. The kiosks didn’t work. Employees were friendly.

Re-review. Food was on point, but service and wait times are horrible. It’s been months since they’ve opened and still the same issues, service is horrifically slow. I’ve been to Jack in the Boxes on the West Coast that have the system down. This one can’t seem to get it together. But, if you don’t mind the half hour wait, the food is great.

After months of waiting, my two nephews and I finally got to go!
The location near me has been delayed until September, but this one was worth the trip. Despite going on a Sunday, it wasn’t as busy as I anticipated, although the line was quite long.
A few minor mix-ups happened with our order, which is understandable for a new establishment.
Still, the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend it, but I suggest waiting a week or two for the initial rush to die down. Also, be sure to arrive early—they close the doors around 7:30 PM, presumably because they sell out of food quickly. As you can see, we sampled a wide variety of items with no complaints.
Which of these options feels best to you, or would you like to mix and match some of the sentences?

Some of the worst food and service I have ever experienced at a Jack in the Box. I waited 45 minutes for my food and there was only 3 people that had ordered before me inside the restaurant. There were no employees at the front, they would only appear to hand out orders.
By the time I got my food it was soggy and cold. I ordered chicken nuggets for my son and they were hard as a rock! Inedible! I didn’t even want to bother driving back because I knew there would be no one there to give me a refund. Very disappointed and will not be going back.
They really need to get it together, it looked like only one person was actually making the burgers.

40 minute wait in the drive thru on a Saturday at 10:30. I was there 5th car! I ordered the breakfast burrito meal. Burrito was good but pretty skinny. Hash brown was cold and iced coffee tasted like sweet milk. No coffee taste at all. I asked for extra salsa and they put one in the bag.

I really enjoyed the bacon double smash burger and i really like the curly fries with that delicious seasoning on them. The tacos weren’t that bad reminded me of home made hard shell tacos. Worth trying at least once. You might like them.i would definitely go back.

Waited in the drive thru line for an hour. The food wasn’t worth the wait to be honest. I ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger with half curly fries half regular fries & a berry purple daze as the drink. Wendy’s is a ton better…. best thing was the drink, but even that came with wayyyy too much ice, took 3 sips & it was done. The people working there were very nice & trying their best, just sucks how tiny the place is & the long waits /:

Friday at 3pm and 1+ hour waits. They won’t even take your order inside if the drive thru is busy. Post covid businesses sux. People were complaining inside, not a happy place to be. I would wait until demand slows, tbh
Edit: tacos reminded of when I last had them 40 years ago in chicago. I will go back, but after they figure it out. May try another location.

Im giving them all 5 stars based on all the workers here. This place is so packed they have security guiding vehicles outside and people walking in. We dined in but have been waiting around 45 min between ordering and getting food. Once the app and kiosks become available and they do pickup and delivery im sure it will get better. This was a GRAND OPENING people give them a break. They are working very hard in here. And CEO! these people need to be paid and paid well. I overheard one saying they have been working since 4am and its now 5pm mind you. Prices are decent and affordable me and 2 others $40 but we got a whole bunch of food and desserts and sides. I don’t think they were prepared for this amount of people here lol we dont have a place like this around so i say respectfully pay your employees because they are non stop working here
Update: we did wait about an hour for the food ultimately inside but it was served hot and it was delicious. If your a foodie and like both burgers and chicken sandwiches I would say Definitely go with the burger over the chicken. Chicken was good but I ordered the ranch #13 and it didn’t taste nothing like homestyle ranch. not as good as the burger
Cheesecake was definitely delicious & even the jalapeno poppers were good. Great fountain drinks
